Dream Clean

Review: I hired the dream clean cleaning services to clean my apartment for a move in. I paid $200 in cash as requested by the company and came home to a home that was not cleaned and in fact new items were damaged. The cleaning women scratched a brand new sink and refused to take responsibility for their work and when I called to discuss this with their boss they offered to let the girls try again the following day. They still didn't clean the apartment (based on what their services offer on their website for a move in cleaning this is not what happened) and I was yelled at by the cleaners. I am 36 weeks pregnant and can't bend down to clean so I really needed help. I contacted the company to try and retrieve my money back and was sent a harassing letter from the owner who has yet to respond. They refuse to take responsibility for their bad work and for taking my money. I was told by our contractors who were at the apartment that the cleaners were not working. I want my money back and I want other customers to be aware that this company is a scam. I had to hire another company and spend more money on a service.Desired Settlement: $200 plus cost of fixing sink $350.total=$550if they refuse the cost of the sink I want my money back for the cost of the clean ($200)
