And completely transparent Having sold a variety of homes in my life, I can say that this ranks as one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences ever! As a seller we were totally ripped off by these people. We were told they would handle all aspects of the sale of our mobile home. We ended up doing ALL communications with the park and Ron. When funds were disbursed we deposited our check for our portion of agreed proceeds, thank goodness it's over, right? Wrong. When the park didn't pay them, they came after...US! So much for being used to dealing with parks. We believe they came after us because they knew they couldn't fight the park because they have money to fight back. The agreement stated that we only owed them for any amount received over a certain amount. We received less than that amount but they still felt they were owed by us a ridiculously high amount (over 20%) of the amount we received. We worked really hard at upgrading our home by putting in new flooring, building a deck, painting, adding cupboards and upgraded appliances in kitchen, etc. but they feel that we should be OK with taking a loss on the sale of the home and they should profit for no effort on their part. Seller beware if you deal with this company!

We got off on a really rough start between my truck breaking down and our mother's dilemma's. But I have to say [redacted] was very patient with us. Everything he said was done. And was up front with no bs. He is a remarkable person and very honest with us. Thanks for everything. If anyone wants to contact me over this feel free [redacted].

[redacted] was very positive for a very hard situation. It took while to find a home that was in our price range and that met our requirements, because they were very specific. He had the resolve and tenacity to get through it with us. We are more than pleased with the home he found and that it came in under our budget. The communication was excellent; we never had to wonder where we stood or what was going on. He took care of it all with wonderful customer service. Selling my place turned out to be a nightmare due to unforeseen titling issues on my end. This company went through a long process to get the titles where they needed to be to complete the sale. I ended up losing money on my end due to my own inexperience, but I would have lost a lot more had these people not helped me get things straightened out. They are ethical and friendly. I would use them again.
