Miss [redacted] allegations are completely and unfoundedWe DO NOT have doors in our infant house, therefore making it impossible for my staff or I to "open sliding doors"It is an open concept so that ALL children can be seen at all timesI, the owner, was present that night when this occurredThe child had been crying off and on throughout his stay with usI have years of teaching experience, hold a Bachelor's degree majoring in Early Childhood Education and a minor in special needsI know that this is for a child who has never been in childcare, per the mother, and the children often cry due to a due environment and basically strangersWe have a schedule we do have to go byMiss [redacted] child needed night shift & weekend careIt is not out of the for parents to come in and their child be in a playpen from 8p onIt's called sleepingSome babies do cry when put into playpens, because either they are used to sleeping in swings, bouncy seats or even co-sleeping with parentsThis child had only been in the playpen for approxminutes He was almost asleep, was sitting in between two playpens that had children in them, one being Miss [redacted] child and the other had another child in it I got up to go to the restroom and Miss [redacted] child began crying again at this time grandma walked in I'm really disappointed in the fact that "grandma" didn't questioned staff at that time about the situation if it was so discerning to her? However, she made a huge ordeal out of it at a later time There were a few [redacted] posts that were asked to take down that were blasting us on [redacted] We have built a great rapport with the community and all of our current parentsThis was not appreciated and was asked to be removedMiss [redacted] continued demanding money and at this point I called herShe was very demanding when speaking on the phone with herI explained to her our policies and that she did in fact sign a Family Contract Agreement and signed a Parent Handbook ReceiptWhen going through her file, we noticed that Miss [redacted] gave all paperwork backShe didn't bother to keep the Daily Activities information, the Parent Handbook, the Supplies needed, Calendar, etcThese are Items that parents keep for their information ( I have enclosed the items I feel necessary for this case)After many attempts of trying to explain that she does not get a refund but I would be wilIlling to credit her account, for a different day some of the funds, she was still very demanding so at this time I had no choice to terminate care for her child To retaliate Miss [redacted] went to [redacted] again and made up a few fake [redacted] accounts and continued to give us negative reviews to bring our rating downA few of our current parents seen these l and began responding, not so kindlyI had no choice, after several text messages, [redacted] messages, etc asking her to stop the bashing and accusations, but to block her from our pageMy father in law is a detective with [redacted] county [redacted] deptand was able to walk me through disabling certain features on [redacted] in order for her, her fake accounts or her friends to see or post anything to our page I feel that at this time, per our attorney, we have no choice to file charges against Miss [redacted] for allegations, slander and harassment & all legal fees if this continues Our attorney has reveiwed the documents Miss [redacted] signed, the camera footage from the night in question and all [redacted] posts, text messages, etc Miss [redacted] will absolutely not get a refund, per our policies If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me Thanks, ***

I know that this is normal for a child who has never been in childcare, per the mother, and the children often cry due to a due environment and basically strangers.
