[redacted] had originally called at the beginning of January to advise that her payment was returned to her from the bank.  Jeremy L[redacted], Portfolio Manager for Ashleigh Village advised Mrs. [redacted] of the instructions via phone with getting an account set up with Association's Bank to make...

the payment on time via online payment system.  Jeremy L[redacted] did not receive any other communication from Mrs. [redacted] until 1/23/17.  For the month of January the Board had advised that no late fees would be waved for Ashleigh Village. On 1/26/17, Mr. Leisure instructed Rennie B[redacted] of our Accounting Department to remove the $50.00 late fee as a one-time courtesy. Mr. L[redacted] confirmed this with Mrs. [redacted] on 1/28/17 at 10:53AM. Mr. L[redacted] also apologized to Mrs. [redacted] for the delayed response from the 23rd and advised that he had email issues.  Mrs. [redacted] thanked Mr. L[redacted] for responding.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I already had the account set up correctly, that is how it was sent.  I am IT professional so I am not new to computer.  I have been following this month (Feb).  Which did make it fine which proves it was always set up correctly in beginning.  Why state they had no communication I have all email and if needed can send those to prove lack of communication.I accept their response but want to elaborate that the conversation with Jermeny was that he was having problems with his email and why it took so long to get back to me

In researching our records, we find that the [redacted]'s had been dealing with and communicating with their developer ONLY since 2014, NOT Vaughan Group, Ltd.Lisa H[redacted], Property Manager for Reserve at Scioto Crossings received her first call from [redacted] Boulevard,...

Dublin, Ohio 43016 on March 7, 2017 regarding their window leak problem.  The [redacted]'s had a buyer for their condo and through a home inspection discovered a problem with a leaky window.  Ms. H[redacted] immediately submitted a work order to Josh H[redacted], Maintenance Director for Vaughan Group, Ltd. Mr. H[redacted] contacted Kyle A[redacted], Maintenance Supervisor for Vaughan Group, Ltd. Mr. A[redacted] contacted the [redacted]'s, set up an appointment to meet with the [redacted]'s and assess their issue.  An estimate for exterior window repairs was submitted to the condo association and approved March 20, 2017.  Exterior repairs were completed March 24, 2017.  We here at the Vaughan Group value each and every one of our condo homeowners.  This issue had not been previously reported to the Vaughan Group or any of its representatives but was responded to, addressed and repaired in a very timely manner.Thank you for your time in this matter.
