I have requested a refund for my March membership fee (that was charged on March 16) when the salon closed for Covid a minimum of 9 times between then and now. Originally, I was told they weren't able to offer refunds and then I was told in order to keep my current 'package? I would have to agree to this, so to keep the peace, I did. Fast forward to now, and I get an email saying that I would not be able to keep my current rate, regardless. So, I will not be out both my March membership fee for services they did not provide and my current package rate I have been a customer since the day their doors opened. I go there at least twice a week. With my monthly membership, they were guaranteed my money It is an absolute shame that they are so short sighted that they would lose a long time customer over this but you can't take people's money when you don't provide a service. I am done with their excuses.
