Dream Duffel

I purchased a brand new limited edition dream duffel (bag) on Black Friday for a discounted price. We received a damaged bag instead. I notified them the same day and requested a replacement. They told us that the bag was out of stock. They told my mother that they could hold onto her money and give us a brand new limited edition duffel bag when they come back into stock in 3 weeks, or we could return the bag and they would give us a coupon so that we could purchase the new, undamaged one, when it was back in stock for the same price we originally paid on Black Friday. When my mother arrived at the store to replace the bag, three women, including the owner, lied and said that they had never agreed to replace the bag. Instead of offering a replacement of the same bag (brand new, limited edition), they offered 1) a discount on our severely damaged bag, 2) another "factor second" bag, which is a damaged bag that someone else returned or they weren't able to sell due to damages, 3) a black dream duffel (which is a cheaper bag and not a limited edition one, the kind we purchased), or 4) a bag with a different print, also a factory second. All of their options for replacement were either cheaper bag or damaged bags. They refused to replace the one we purchased for the same price, requiring us to pay $55 extra dollars to get a new, undamaged bag, of the same kind that we had already ordered and paid for with the Black Friday discount.
