I need to start this review with one caveatI have been happy with the kitchen I ordered and feel that there certainly is value for the money that I paidI am left, though, wondering what the true cost actually was.*** * Now, this is likely not the smartest thing I have ever done in my life but a year on I decided to give them a second chance by ordering two vanities from themAs mentioned in the end I was happy with the quality for the price and I also wanted to insure that the same doors, drawers and tops would be used on the vanities as in the kitchenI went though the planning phase with the designer again but would not allow myself to be exposed in the same way againI requested there be hard deadlines based on the timelines they provided me with financial penalty for taking longer than statedAgain, based on the timelines they gave meThe next day I received a phone call from the office manager being just as rude as I remembered saying they could not agree to the hold back or the timelines and that they would only work by the terms and conditions that are on the back of their contractThis was said even though it clearly says that their terms are 50% deposit, 45% on delivery and the final 5% on completionSo it is clear to me that he has little confidence in his ability to manage the work to fit their timelines nor do they conform to their own terms and conditionsIn the end the owner certainly did everything to fix any of the problems that arose but is a very fast talking, aggressive sales person and would constantly avoid addressing the damaged flooringUnfortunately, it seems as though he is far too practiced in fixing mistakes and other problemsGod forbid you might ever have to deal with the shop manager as I mentioned earlier would likely have trouble managing any situation and has absolutely no customer service ability what so everYou will be treated rudely and there will be absolutely no sense of urgency to any of your requestsDelivery and work was done carelessly and required multiple visits to fix but all were fixed in the endSo as mentioned in the beginning, the end result is nice and there is value for the money but at what costI was left living in a kitchen construction zone for the better part of half a year and as a person who loves to cook and entertain and host I was left unable to months on end

I need to start this review with one caveat. I have been happy with the kitchen I ordered and feel that there certainly is value for the money that I paid. I am left, though, wondering what the true cost actually was.[redacted] Now, this is likely not the smartest thing I have ever done in my life but a year on I decided to give them a second chance by ordering two vanities from them. As mentioned in the end I was happy with the quality for the price and I also wanted to insure that the same doors, drawers and tops would be used on the vanities as in the kitchen. I went though the planning phase with the designer again but would not allow myself to be exposed in the same way again. I requested there be hard deadlines based on the timelines they provided me with financial penalty for taking longer than stated. Again, based on the timelines they gave me. The next day I received a phone call from the office manager being just as rude as I remembered saying they could not agree to the hold back or the timelines and that they would only work by the terms and conditions that are on the back of their contract. This was said even though it clearly says that their terms are 50% deposit, 45% on delivery and the final 5% on completion. So it is clear to me that he has little confidence in his ability to manage the work to fit their timelines nor do they conform to their own terms and conditions. In the end the owner certainly did everything to fix any of the problems that arose but is a very fast talking, aggressive sales person and would constantly avoid addressing the damaged flooring. Unfortunately, it seems as though he is far too practiced in fixing mistakes and other problems. God forbid you might ever have to deal with the shop manager as I mentioned earlier would likely have trouble managing any situation and has absolutely no customer service ability what so ever. You will be treated rudely and there will be absolutely no sense of urgency to any of your requests. Delivery and work was done carelessly and required multiple visits to fix but all were fixed in the end. So as mentioned in the beginning, the end result is nice and there is value for the money but at what cost. I was left living in a kitchen construction zone for the better part of half a year and as a person who loves to cook and entertain and host I was left unable to months on end.
