Dream Escape Bodyworks Massage Reviews (2)

I am rejecting this response because:
Before I respond to this absolutely Ridiculous message by this horrific business, let me make this clear: [redacted] OF DREAM ESCAPES BODYWORKS IS AN UNLICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST WHO ADMINISTER A MASSAGE TO ME ([redacted]). THAT IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND IS THE REASON BEHIND THIS INITIAL COMPLAINT, ALONGSIDE BEING COMPLETELY VIOLATED DURING THE MASSAGE THAT I HAD TO STOP!In the response made by this so called business, [redacted] stated that I made 2 appointments and failed to show up. My original appointment was scheduled for June 12th at 11am for 60 minutes. I asked to push back the time for the same day since I had a baby sitting issue but we NEVER chose a second scheduled time. I said I would be in touch maybe around 5pm and he said he takes his last client at 8pm. The next morning (June 13th) I text Mr. [redacted] and asked if he had availability between 12pm and 1pm that day since I ended up falling asleep the day prior. [redacted] had absolutely no problem with that and insisted I come in at 12pm. He never mentioned any cancelation fees, rescheduling fees or anything of the sort. IVE ATTACHED ALL THE TEXT MESSAGES SO YOU CAN READ FOR YOURSELF!Also in the response made by this so called business, [redacted] kept crying over a 24 hour policy which was NEVER mentioned to me; not via text nor verbally, and tries to use that as an excuse as to why he did Not have a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST available to administer my massage. This is my first time ever hearing about any 24 hour policy he has in place. Then he attempts to say that I began asking a ton of questions while looking at all the rooms and talking about vegas and my daughter, etc. That is all a sack of crap. [redacted] walked me into the back where their were 3 massage rooms and his Exact words were, "Let me show you around." I DID NOT GO IN THERE AND REQUEST TO SEE THE ENTIRE PLACE. He wanted to show off all of his "Mexican Colored Themed Rooms." When I first walked in, of course I asked what to expect in my 60 minute massage like any normal person would do. Other than that, [redacted] asked Me about my Birthday trip to Vegas, about my Daughter and everything else. Read the text messages Ive included in this response and you'll see that Mr. [redacted] was getting off of the business subject and attempting to get to know me and my family. I always reverted the conversation back to business. Then he blatantly lies and says I told him not to redeem the coupon. As I was quickly walking out of the door after that horrific experience, he stopped me and asked about the Groupon redemption so I pulled it up on my phone and he redeemed it right then and there. In one of the texts he sent me, it say: "Sorry again, for redeeming your Groupon, it will be ready to refund back to you in 2 days. Please check then for your refund." THIS MESSGE WAS SENT RIGHT AFTER MY VERY FIRST COMPLAINT TEXT TO HIM ABOUT MY MASSAGE! In my very first complaint message, I told him how I felt violated and how It concerned me that he could Not show me his Massage Therapist License when I personally walked in there on June 17th, 2017. And for this reason, I told him to either give me my refund plus what he really owes me for what he did to me or I would do what I am doing right now, REPORTING HIS FRAUD BUSINESS AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES. Mr. [redacted] also attempts to say that I made continuous threats and Im harassing him. I literally sent two text messages. Where and how is that continuous or harassment? Ive never even called. I have phone records to prove that too. Again, Ive attached all the messages so anyone could see how I was simply attempting to give Mr. [redacted] an opportunity to make things right and now he's trying to play the victim. Who books a Birthday massage with intentions of financial gain and smearing the owners name? That clearly makes no sense. This isn't about money. This is about doing whats right and I want justice. And to [redacted] who decided to chime in; you stated how you didn't think I saw you in your office and we never spoke. You're right, we Never spoke so why are you speaking now? You are completely irrelevant in this matter. But I did in fact see you when I walked in. You were walking around your little office on the phone. And what fireplace were you looking at and what relevance does that have here? She's also trying to make it seem like I was investigating the place saying I was looking at everything and asking a ton of questions. From where her office is, she can't see anything behind the door that leads to all the massage rooms so how did she know I was looking around at everything? Since she was listening so tough while on the phone, did she hear [redacted] ask me to check out the whole place? [redacted] also states in the response how "[redacted] doesn't do massages." Clearly she has no idea what goes on at his establishment because [redacted] is clearly the person who administered my massage. Its not my problem that he did not have a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST in the office at the time of my scheduled appointment that [redacted] agreed to. I was laying on my back with my entire frontal body uncovered with a towel on my face. If that sounds okay and just to you [redacted], then I truly feel sorry that you would stick up for such a foul human being. Maybe he's given you a massage happy ending or two. How would any married woman be satisfied, comfortable and okay with that outcome? Clearly this guy didn't know what he was doing and it makes sense because he is unlicensed.

In response to this complaint; The costumer had made two appointments and failed to show up ( I did not charge her for), the first I rescheduled ( did not charge), the second she claims she fell asleep (no show), ( did not charge). I have a 24 hour policy in which a costumer is to make an...

appointment and tried to accommodate her, she was never happy with any outcome. At the time I only have one therapist, so I needed the 24 hour policy to make appointments to be a standard practice. She then came in to see the place, she said she was nervous because she never had a massage before. I showed her around we discussed the groupon purchase for a Swedish massage, she talk about her trip to Vegas, her two year old daughter and this went on for a while as she looked at all the rooms. I thought at one point she said to redeem the coupon she would make an appointment. later she said no, not to redeem. I then had to call groupon because she started making threats about her refund and how she felt violated. She continued to make threats as to having to pay her the "refund and then sum" or she would make a report  and shut me down. I reach out to inform her that the refund will be ready for her to redeem in two days, she just needs to redeem it herself. I informed groupon of the harassment of her threats. I have not contacted her because she continues to make threats and trying to avoid this to escalate any further. Because there was no service, and the refund has been administered, I don't appreciate being blackmailed and harassed by said person, trying to smear the name of a business for financial gain. To who this may concern; My name is [redacted] and I have an office next to Dream escape bodyworks. On this day of concern I was in my office watching the fireplace through the window of my office. A costumer came in and took a look around the massage place, she seemed to be looking at everything, at first I thought maybe he was interviewing her for a new therapist, because I could hear them having questions and answers about the rooms, types of massages and such. She got my interest because it was the first time I had seen someone ask so many questions and later to find out she wasn't here for an interview for the job. [redacted] doesn't do massages and did not have a therapist in at that time, and I don't think she had seen that I was in my office, we never spoke.
