Dream green landscape [redacted] told me to do a full clean up.and after the job was done. She contact me after 6 weeks and called me her seed was no good to show me why seed have not grown. After she told me that I went to her home. And she started insulting me verbally.and what I did I called company were I purchase my grass and seed. The superviser name [redacted] I called him with her beside me to confirm what type of seed was use and he spoke to her as well and the name of the company JB sod, after she told that the topsoil had sticks an rocks all type topsoil have rocks and little of sticks, her probelm start becuase of the reseeding for I charged jer $350 for thacting an reseeding and the reseeding she went on vacation she put water on.and a reseeding without water will not grow.after that I told her ill redo the reseeding.and I went to tell her about it.she also told me her home had weeds everywhere.an she told me I had put wrong material she said I put mulch not compose I work with alot of compose I have recipts That I work compose only.I have the number after that I went to her again to see about her grass and she told me in the month of october 2015 and she said she was leaving for vacation and she would call me and she didnt not call me again.last month in october 2016 saying she no longer wants me by her home an she wants $1000 in cash but I said I was not going to give her the money directly she said. She will take me to court becuase bbb told her to take it to court if I was not willing to do nothing. an I told her to do what was best for her but have tried to be in contact all the time I feel to work the issue out. But she only wants tje money.I need that bbb or the court to be involved in order to have this issue done 253 797- 5567 Juan

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:this is not the truthyes I have work injuries, which is why I hired a landscaper to do a spring cleanup in my yardbut he kept upping the cost and did not put it in writing for his work or expenses, which is why I have not taken him to courtTo me, he has taken advantage of an injured senior citizen and due to the poor quality of his work....per everyone who has seen my yard....he should not be allowed to have a business licenseJuan recently lost his contract with the friend who referred him to me...so that could be another reason for his finally having a response to the Revdex.com
Plus, I recently met another landscaper who told me that he knows Juan, and knows where he purchased this poor quality compost at approx $a yard, certainly is not from *** *** at $a Yard! which is where Juan told me he wentI recently told Juan this info and requested a refund for a portion of the $he charged me....he declinedAlso, Juan never gave me invoices for any of his work or purchases, he verbally

I am rejecting this response because:It is a complete, blatant lie and misrepresentation. First, there was a typo on our initial response. He planted 70 trees, not the agreed-upon and paid for 80. This is a verifiable fact, so I am puzzled why he has even tried to lie about that. Second, the trees were delivered and not planted for several days - a fact that we (husband and wife) discussed at the time - along with the unhealthy, yellowing appearance of the trees prior to the planting. Third, we were not traveling at the time the trees were planted. We were on vacation prior to the project start date. He knew this because we did not pay a deposit and arrange to have the project start until we got back from the trip. Additionally, the water system was in place the day the trees were planted, and we had additional watering in the form of the a standard lawn sprinkler. Several weeks after the trees were planted, I ([redacted]) was traveling for business. My wife (Jessica) was home at the time and handled the watering. Again, this was several weeks after the trees were planted and many were already dying; however, we kept up the watering regimen.  Fourth, we have been nothing but straightforward and honest with Juan and Dream Green. About halfway through the project, it became apparent that we needed to get things in writing, which is why we insisted on having our communications in a written format. This is reflected in our text messages, where Juan delayed responses or tried to call instead of responding to the texts. It is apparent why. We have text messages which directly conflict with what Juan has said in his response. He told us via text that we were on our own to resolve the tree issue.Finally, while we appreciate his sudden desire to settle, this was not communicated in any way prior to the Revdex.com reporting. Due to the nature of his response and the blatant untruths therein, we do not feel comfortable with him returning to the property, nor do we feel that his work would be of adequate quality. Thank you,

Dream Green Landscape I did  install 80 trees Emerald Green Arbobaties and the day when they delivery the trees the next business day the trees was installed and I put good quantity the good soil for those trees one of the reasons could be a he had really hard ground and clay soil so he...

install socket house in the trees and is attached to the water faucet.  He travels alot, and if he travels no one is a home no body waters those trees and we have had very hot weather those days, I buy the trees from somebody also so the trees are not mine but I will try to contact the person where I bought those trees and he said the trees don't have a warranty so I tried to contact Mr. [redacted] and he never answers his phone I tried to conversate over the phone but he said he only answer text or emailI would like to have an arrangement with hem what I can do. I can replace those trees if he work with me 50% about what the trees cost and I will replace all 80 trees for hem even I don't feel it's a my fault because I didn't grow those trees I would like to have contact to replace the trees. And regarded about the details what he said I will invited you to take look the status the plantation if he is a little bit more honest he will not said the trees are poor in soil, or having the netting in the bolls, etc I will provide pictures for the status for the plantation

me she told me her issue is about re seed her lawn in 2015, but latter, after 7 months she told me her house if full the weeds bicouse she doesn't have Landscape service after the first time clean -up, I do contact her to work whit her but she told me she will call me to work whit her but she never did and

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:not my version of what happened.
I welcome someone to come to my home and see the pictures of his work results, even tho it was over a year ago , and to see his compost....I went to [redacted], they said he did not buy the compost for my yard from them . ...and are upset that he represented this product as theirs.
I decided to not have Juan reapply his inferior grass seed. I was scheduled for knee replacement in Feb.2016 and at which time I would need help with my yard.  I did not yet have this surgery and have been looking for another person to help me, since after talking to other landscapers it was recommended to not allow Juan back on my property...in their words . ...I WAS RIPPED OFF! Which is why I came up with the idea of a partial refund to me.
 
I watered multiple times a day, purchased additional hoses and sprinkler heads.....over 6 weeks later another landscaper looked at my lawns and told me to stop watering due to the inferior compost and grass seed Juan used. This landscaper told me everything needed to be removed, at his cost of $3000 to redo the damage.
