Inspector gave personal views on a home to potential buyers, rather than just inspecting the property. He reported that the NEW ductless mini split in living room was not throwing off heat. We later came to find out he had it set on AC. He told the potential buyers upstairs electric baseboard heater was not working. It was early July and the temperature upstairs was over 89 degrees. The heaters are on a sensor and will not go above that temperature. I could go on and on about the poor job done by this home inspector. Told buyers the basement beams were not supporting the house properly when the beam he pointed out was not even a support beam. ETC ETC.
