[redacted] June 9, 2017Re: Rebuttal to John P [redacted] statement to the Revdex.com of Western PA ID# [redacted] Wow! Wow! Wowsa! If I did not know better I would believe that story I told you John P [redacted] was great at telling you what you wanted to hear then doing what he wanted I think John P [redacted] missed his calling, he would have made an excellent politician Lets cut to the chase, the facts are: Yes, I was suppose to deal with [redacted] as a subcontractor and the money was added into my loan to pay for the porch The problem arose when John P [redacted] the owner paid my money to [redacted] in June long before a permit was even obtained to build the porch John P [redacted] did this without my consent or knowledge He was entrusted with that money and it was not his choice to make; but the moment he paid that money to ***: [redacted] was no longer a subcontractor for me but an employee of Dream Homes Sales and Construction.I told John he violated his position of trust when he spent my money, and in reality it was theft Had [redacted] not been paid the money I would have had the alternative choice of firing him and hiring someone that showed up and did the work in a professional and timely manner (Ask yourself: Would you have paid the guy all the money for the job before he started it and really expected him to show up and do the work???)I asked John for my money back and he refused John can say [redacted] was a subcontractor and scheduled his own work but I know the reality after dealing with them for the last year and half Remember: if it quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, it is a duck! The remaining fact is the porch was suppose to have been started one year ago, June 2016, it is now June and the porch is not complete This is the reality of the situation.I also believe had I not turned to the Revdex.com for help to resolve the issue and brought this unwanted negative attention upon John P [redacted] then I would never have gotten my porch and I would be suing, and we all know I would have lost out having to pay the attorney and court fees.I often thought that John P [redacted] just did not like being criticized by a woman and decided he was going to teach me a lesson about who was in charge after I told him bluntly my thoughts in June of the way he did his business dealings The porch was only one of several issues we had disagreement about At this point it does not matter; my porch just needs the shingles installed and I never have to deal with such an incompetent and sly business person again named John P [redacted] or his company Dream Homes Sales and Construction.Sincerely,

Hello [redacted] ,Would you please include the following info into my rebuttalI feel this needs to be included because John talks about it in one of the emails. In one of the emails John states he paid out of his pocket for dirt excavation This is not true, the excavation was included in the fees that were charged to set pillars and excavate Not only did I pay, but it was a battle to get them back to do it and when they came they were in such a big rush to do the job they put the dirt on the wrong side of yard[redacted] forgot which side driveway was suppose to be It was on the drawing for building permit as well as we told him.Thank you [redacted]

Wowsa!    If I did not know better I would believe that story.  I told you John P[redacted] was great at telling you what you wanted to hear then doing what he wanted.  I think John P[redacted] missed his calling, he would have made an excellent politician.  Lets cut to the chase, the facts are:1.  Yes, I was suppose to deal with [redacted] as a subcontractor and the money was added into my loan to pay for the porch.  The problem arose when John P[redacted] the owner paid my money to [redacted] in June long before a permit was even obtained to build the porch.  John P[redacted] did this without my consent or knowledge.  He was entrusted with that money and it was not his choice to make; but the moment he paid that money to [redacted]: [redacted] was no longer a subcontractor for me but an employee of Dream Homes Sales and Construction.I told John he violated his position of trust when he spent my money, and in reality it was theft.  Had [redacted] not been paid the money I would have had the alternative choice of firing him and hiring someone that showed up and did the work in a professional and timely manner.    (Ask yourself: Would you have paid the  guy all the money for the job before he started it and really expected him to show up and do the work???)I asked John for my money back and he refused.  John can say [redacted] was a subcontractor and scheduled his own work but I know the reality after dealing with them for the last year and half.  Remember:  if it quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, it is a duck!2.   The remaining fact is the porch was suppose to have been started one year ago, June 2016, it is now June 2017 and the porch is not complete.  This is the reality of the situation.I  also believe had I not turned to the Revdex.com for help to resolve the issue and brought this unwanted negative attention upon John P[redacted] then I would never have gotten my porch and I would be suing, and we all know I would have lost out having to pay the attorney and court fees.I often thought that John P[redacted] just did not like being criticized by a woman and decided he was going to teach me a lesson about who was in charge after I told him bluntly my thoughts in June 2016 of the way he did his business dealings.  The porch was only one of several issues we had disagreement about.  At this point it does not matter; my porch just needs the shingles installed and I never have to deal with such an incompetent and sly business person again named John P[redacted] or his company Dream Homes Sales and Construction.Sincerely,

[redacted]   As per our conversation on this complaint [redacted]. This is our first complaint in 12 years. It is my fault this was not done, I neglected to follow up on this and it was not completed. all the factory work I had [redacted] take care of. She did not contact me until late fall. At that...

time I contacted [redacted] The Builder) and found out that he was in touch with the homeowner he explained to her we were finishing a big government job in Greene Co. and she was told that she would be next. Needless to say the winter brought 4 months of rain. Both [redacted] and I were in touch with her and said as soon as it quit raining we would be there. Well we have been working through the rain drops the last month. The porch is finished except the shingles which will be going on this week. I will let you know when it is complete. ThanksJohn P[redacted]PresidentDream Home Sales & Construction INC.[redacted]     [redacted]

Dear [redacted],This is in regards to the complaint, ID#[redacted]. [redacted] has every right to be upset. I have read the emails and did not realize there were so many.[redacted] is a sub-contractor for me. He does not work for Dream Homes. He bid the job on a on his own and [redacted] agreed to it and it was sent to the bank to be added into the financed amount. After the loan was closed and the funds were distributed the checks were cut to the contractors to do their part of the work. As for me sending him elsewhere when we have a job to do I send the work out that the sub-contractors have bid and they go to the jobs as soon as they are done with the previous one. I apologize again when I wrote to you before I called [redacted] he told me that the job would be done by the end of the following week. Which I found out it was not finished. I talked to [redacted] today he informed me that he had a few receptacles to finish and the singles to put on. If you would like you can call him [redacted] or his helper [redacted] @[redacted].I do not want to get into the he said she said battle. I admit that this was handled extremely incorrectly, that’s not the type of business that we do. The only thing I can do is to stay on [redacted] to finish it this coming week.John P[redacted] President

From:  [redacted]                ID# [redacted]     Date: 5.17.17        To:    Revdex.com of Western PennsylvaniaSubject:  This letter is in rebuttal to the response from John P[redacted] of Dream Home Sales &                  Construction in  answer to my complaint.John P[redacted] is blatantly lying about his knowledge of the porch.  Attached are 20 emails that were sent to John P[redacted] and most of which he responded back to me.The email correspondence that I have sent you began June 11, 2016.  Please also understand that most of our conversations were on the phone prior to this time frame. You can read the emails and see that as early as June 11, 2016, I was after John about the porch.I began calling John in May about [redacted] getting with me to draw up plan and obtain permit.  It was only after  six weeks of his telling me what I wanted to hear and nothing happening that I began to either text or email John so I could have documentation available in the event of litigation. It was not until August that [redacted] filed for porch building permit.  The permit was issued the very beginning of September.  [redacted] would show up the first two months for just a few hours then would not come back for a week or two; he keep repeating this until I could not take it anymore.  [redacted] kept promising to show up but John kept sending him to other jobs to work and he kept stalling us until Winter was in full force; then he used the winter weather as an excuse.  Until I filed the report with the Revdex.com he did nothing but  promise.  After he was notified by Revdex.com, [redacted] began work in earnest but is still not complete. As you can read in the following emails.  It was not until December 9, 2016 that I wrote up a bad review on Google about his company and told him I was filing with Revdex.com that he took notice at all. At that time he also threatened my sister with a lawsuit; saying she was not the one that bought the home from him; even though from the very beginning she has been instrumental in assisting me through all phases of the buying and contract negotiations and had full approval to make decisions on my behalf and was working under my instructions with John all along. When it suited John he states [redacted] is a subcontractor but as you can see in reading the emails John distributed the money to [redacted] without my approval in June, long before he began work on the porch of  which is a direct violation of handling of money that is held in trust by him for me from my lender.Even now he states the porch is complete except shingles.  This is totally false.  The porch is also to be screened in and have a ceiling fan installed and screen door installed.  John is very good at skirting the truth and mouthing platitudes.  What I expected and paid for was to have the job completed; and it should have been done at the latest by end of July 2016 even with a rainy summer.   And because John took it upon his self to pay [redacted] my money without my consent, and prior to construction beginning; there was no incentive to get the porch built. I could not hire anyone else to do the job because he had the money.  I also requested money back to hire someone to finish work. There were also other issues that took until December to get fixed.  As you read the emails you will see these referred to as well.  I even sent John a punch list on July 28, 2016 and months later John says he never received it; but that also was a lie.  He called [redacted] Homes and instructed them on their part of the list and they were almost complete  with there part by end of August 2016; therefore he had to have the list and read it.  He just chose to ignore the list like he did everything else we had to continually contact him about.  (that email is also included in the attachments)There are also several other small items that [redacted] is to complete after the porch which have not been mentioned. Please review the details in the attached emails and you will understand my frustration, disillusionment, anger and disdain for John P[redacted] and his company Dream Homes Sales & Construction. At this point I just want to warn other unsuspecting individuals and have my porch completed.Sincerely,[redacted]

Hello [redacted],Would you please include the following info into my rebuttal. I feel this needs to be included because John talks about it in one of the emails. In one of the emails John states he paid out of his pocket for dirt excavation.  This is not true, the excavation was included in the fees that were charged to set pillars and excavate.   Not only did I pay, but it was a battle  to get them back to do it and when they came they were in such a big rush to do the job they put the dirt on the wrong side of yard.[redacted] forgot which side driveway was suppose to be.  It was on the drawing for building permit as well as we told him.Thank you[redacted]
