Review: My house was closed on over a year ago. I was promised by the builder [redacted] that he would finish the house a week after closing. Many issues were mentioned to him verbally and in writing. The issues that are still to be worked on is the roof, cracked ceilings, cabinets, replacing the refrigerator that they damaged and the garage door. This has been going on for over a year and he continues to ignore my calls, text messages sent to him. Many more issues were on hand and he has taken care of those over a period of a year. I want him to finish my house once and for all so that I may call it my home!Desired Settlement: I want him to finish my house. We closed on the house pending he would stick to his promise and finish my house in 3 days after closing. He has failed to finish the house in accordance with laws and a contractual agreement.
