I started with dream homeLooking for a home to rent with Mrs M [redacted] She was paid but never did any work She referred me to her husband for business consultation to help start my business and gather my cleaning contracts I spent time on the internet studying the business He sent me information about potential possibilities nothing ever materalized but one business card and one advertising baseball cap Just about every time we met He presented me with an invoice that was paid because there was no other options After a while I stop showing up and tried to regroupHis contract stated no refunds if you stop So I was stuck He showed up at my home Stating he had a contract But it was a sub contract for a franchise joining and he wanted more money Stating it would cost me to thousing dollars after I had paid him around it thousand dollars I stated in the beginning not to join any franchise and no subcontracts I new then tats he was mid leading me

I paid dollars to Dream Homes Consulting [redacted] who according to her posting on Craiglist to offer 2nd chance homebuyer program to people who have less than perfect credit and a list of homes on craiglist that is for rent with a enrollment fee and per family member so I went to the office with my money later to find out that part of the money was for credit restoration and credit check, so she gave me a list of property management companies that list the requirement to rent a home so I asked her about the ones on Craiglist that I inquired about got back with me in days and said they all had been rented except one and that an agent will take me out to see properties which supposed had happen on a Wednesday but never called or text over days she assured me that she works with these companies to help you qualify for the home and I asked one company Main Street Renewal did they know her and they said noThis company scammed me when I was desperate to get

I got an eviction on my credit years ago and currently going through credit repair to get it removedI needed to go through a second chance program in order to move into a house by May 1st, I started researching companies early April and on April 12th, I found Dream Homes Consulting, LLC in Stone Mountain, GAThe website stated that they offer a second chance program and also credit repairIt also states that it is an Easy Approval and everyone is approvedThere is an $non-refundable Administrative fee that each applicant has to pay up front after you feel out a criteria applicationI called the company and spoke with the owner, [redacted] , to get more information and to see if she had housing in my areaShe assured me that she did and would get me and my small kids in a home by May 1stShe said that she would have her Assistant send me listings once I sent them my criteria and paid the $feeI went online and filled out the application and subm

I was ripped off by a company Dream home consulting come to find out their using a similar business name of a real company Dream Home Consultants in ArizonaThey charge over $for a service they don't and won't provide you never get them on the phone and when you call from another number you get an answer with a bogus excuse and still nothing for your moneyThey are ripping innocent people off daily and should be Shut Down and prosecuted

I just recently had a credit card repair and needed a move around Atlanta Metro, found Marquita ***, Dream Homes Consulting through a friend at an event and she was really helpfulI enrolled in the second chance program around January and got listings for great house choices in the neighborhoods I wantedHer husband was available to check out some of the house with me although there were times when they were busy due to the nature of their workLuckily, I got a great place right on time with Dream Homes ConsultingThe fees were worth it and they were helpfulI'm currently undergoing the Financial and Credit Counseling program offered by them and it's really helpful towards effective financial management

The business operates fradulentlyMs*** told me my credit score was a and so I applied for a home under the program and they said my score was a I paid a $application fee and was denied by the propertyI checked my credit score before coming to see Ms.*** on Credit Karma it said my score was a I thought my score was incorrect on Credit Karma until it was denied by the propertyI gave Ms*** my credit card to run a credit checkShe said it would charge me a $fee, a couple months later Equifax was trying to charge my card $a monthThe only property management company under the program that had homes in the area that I was looking for a home and that didn't care about credit score, you had to be on your job for monthI just changed jobs so I didn't qualify for a home with them
