Review: My boyfriend [redacted] Cotter and I stayed at [redacted] Inn Bed and Breakfast located at [redacted] Mt Shasta, CA XXXXX. We checked in and once situated, we left to explore the town. Upon our return at 9pm, we decided to get ready for bed and noticed blood stains on the pillow case and bed sheet. There was also a bloody booger on the side of the bed. We went to look for [redacted] or [redacted] who run the place but the lights were off and no one was there. Because no one was available to help us change the sheets on the bed or give us a refund so we could relocate to a hotel, we unfortunately had to pull another bed sheet over the bed to avoid coming into contact with blood. we also did not want to use the covers afraid of what unsanitary conditions it would be in. We were cold the whole night. We decided to wake up early hoping to find [redacted] or [redacted]. a little after 7am,we found [redacted] in her nightgown in the main house and informed her of the situation and based on the conditions of the bed, we would be leaving early and bypassing [redacted] We wanted to speak to [redacted] who charged us for the room but [redacted] said he was not available. Since we got back, we have attempted several times to reach [redacted] but [redacted] keeps telling us he is not "there". I spoke to [redacted] regarding the issue and asked to at least get a discount. She acknowledged finding blood but proceeded to yell at me saying she did not feel we should receive any discount. I told her I took pictures of the blood stains and booger and no person should ever be exposed to those conditions. She took my boyfriend's number since he and [redacted] did the transaction but till this day, we have not heard from either one of them. [redacted] was really rude, insulted me, and said that instead of us asking for a discount, SHE should be the one charging us for skipping breakfast even though it was never cooked.

Based on the lack of concern from [redacted] and [redacted], we are now seeking full refund. We have pictures we can provide if needed. Before [redacted]'s aggressive stance on the issue, we would have been happy with an apology and discount. Being yelled at, threatened to be charge extra for an unprepared meal (which we were charged for to begin with), and above all, lack of concern for the unsanitary conditions of the bed, we want full refund.
