Review: I contracted this company last year, April 2014 to have a full renovation of my bathroom (since I was experiencing a leak from the bathroom). Was told that I would no longer experience this issue once I gutted the bathroom and that their products are top quality. A little over a year from when my bathroom was renovated and I am yet again experiencing the same leak from the bathroom....leak was coming down to my kitchen ceiling. (It appears that the leak is coming from the mechanisms of the brand new toilet the company installed) immediately contacted the company to find out why this was happening. I was told he would stop by my home on June *, 2015 between the hours of 9:30 am and 12:30 pm in which of course he did not show. The [redacted] had his secretary reach out to me to inform me he would come over on June *, 2015 at 7:30 am, he was a no call and no show to my home.Desired Settlement: I should not be experiencing this issue a little over after a year of my renovation...I shouldn't have this issue for another 15-20 years. That is why I decided to renovate the bathroom, to correct and avoid these issues. [redacted] should make it his priority to rectify this issue, and stop giving me the run around. I want him to fix my issue, immediately.
