We are really confused about what is going on with this customerHer contract was signed July 10, and her deposit was received July 21,so in reality she was in contract on July 24, Although not a good excuse but the truth of the matter my wife was hospitalized in June and July, and came back to work mid August We are a small person company when with two thirds of the labor force is missing it is hard to keep up, I think my son did a good job while my Wife and myself were unavailableYes her kitchen started at the end of September 21, which she was told about and had no issues at the timeBy October 2,she had a working kitchen including her sinkThe reason she had no sink was it takes business days to get the granite including her sink after the cabinets are installed which was September 25thAlso during that time the electrical work was done by the electrician We were also waiting for a couple of pieces of molding and a door that was damaged Then to have her plumber move a gas lineThis takes us to the end of October 25, when we received a call saying the gas line movedNovember 2,went repaired paneling in a her family room which had to do with the gas line and closing in the pass thruWe then were going back the next day with all the needed parts and my son hit something blowing out both of the passenger side tires on our truck which took most of the day to repair on the spot since the truck wasn't towable I can provide receipts if you like to show thisNovember 4, All paneling work completed customer said the refrigerator door was not working correctlySo ***ory ( My son) called the appliance company to send out a repairmanThe customer and the repair company had problems back and forth about when they could come and when they would be thereWe thought they had it straightened out when the customer calls us last week and says how it has not been repaired and that she wants it doneMy son made an appointment with her on Friday of last week the 20th and he told her it would be after he finished another jobHe called her at about 3:to tell her he was on his way and she cancelled him saying she had plans.( he had maybe an hours work if that)So I called her to find out what was wrongShe said she had dinner plans and that he could not comeI said OK I want to get you finished up so how do we proceed? She said come Monday between 9-I said alright let me check what my sons schedule is and I will call you backWithin about minutes I called her back said that he could could be there on MondayI also told her that I would like to meet her there go over the job once they are finishedIf at this point everything is correct could we get the final payment? She said not a problem The customers Kitchen was installed correctly the soffits above her cabinets are severely off levelWe have to install the cabinetry levelSince this is not an issue of the kitchen install itself it is her existing walls we could repair this but not free of charge and would have no way of knowing that upon initial inspection We will also send photographs of the kitchen to show our workThis is an inexpensive kitchen but does not mean it was done inexpensively or poorly eitherWe have patched in her old floor free of charge and are trying to make this customer happy The total cost of her kitchen is enclosed in the fax in her contract but to get a complete kitchen all wood cabinets granite tops appliances and the installation for under 11,is very reasonable but we charged this out for what we were doing and she could have what ever she wants but this would associated costs to go with it On Saturday I get this really nasty and not truthful review on ***This is how I found out that she had contacted the Revdex.comI spoke with the customer this morning I told her I got the review online and spoke to the Revdex.com this morning Her first statement was so you're not coming? I said no I wanted to understand the statements you madeShe said it was because my son didn't call her backI also asked why she said she had other contractors come in to finish? If so why were we coming back if it was completed? She said the contractors were the plumber and electricianI had told her to look at the second page of our contract Number fiveWe never include plumbing or electrical work in the priceShe said she didn't care and when will someone be there? I told her I was sending them now at 9:and that I would be there soon afterI then asked if we come out and complete the things you have issues with will we get paid? She said yesSo I am taking that at face value

This is a follow up to our conversation earlier today
As I told you, *** *** has all but of the cabinets that were to be deliveredAny and all of the problems that were claimed as installation issues were done by his installer, who was the General contractor on the jobWe had offered installation in the contract for no extra fee and he chose to use his ownWith reference to the damages and deficiencies the manufacturer did have a few cabinets that were to be delivered that were damaged and not shipped til later, which is why we did not try to collect payments due when we did the original deliveryWe had his tops made quickly and installedHe then tried to pay our fabricator direct for knowing he owed usWhen the manufacturers rep was there, he had correspondence trying to get them to send him the pats directlyI'm guessing so he didn't have to pay usAs you can see in the email dated June,@11:37, the manufacturer tried to also make him happy by offering to send out furniture touch up company once job was completed
We have tried very hard to make the customer happy but to no availOnce he pays us the $17,he owes us, we will give him the rest of his cabinets and the discount, as well as the touch up work just to get him completedWe cannot at this point take a loss more then we already have to give him a free kitchen

The reason she had no sink was it takes 5 business days to get the granite including her sink after the cabinets are installed which was September 25th. Also during that time the electrical work was done by the electrician.  We were also waiting for a couple of pieces of molding and a door that was damaged.  Then to have her plumber move a gas line. This takes us to the end of October 25, 2015 when we received a call saying the gas line moved.
