Review: This is a contract and billing issue. Dream Lawns Inc. of Fairfax, VA has very poor communication and billing practices. You cannot get them by phone and myself nor my neightbor (we both used to have contracts) never received a return phone call. Erroneous bills were sent to both households repeatedly. Now, I have tried to cancel my contract and have been told "I didn't get that email" (when all the rest have been received and responded to) as well I just receievd a bill for the entire month of April when they erroneously (after I cancelled the contract) mowed. I have a new lawn service and have bills from both for the same days!Travis of Dream Lawns is not willing to accept my cancellation email (I forwarded him the one he says he never got) and thinks he is due an entire months pay.I have sent a letter to Dream Lawns stating that to resolve this matter, I would be willing to pay for the one time his company did mow, but not the entire month as long as he sends a letter signifying that my contract obligation is complete. I am waiting on an updated invoice. We shall see if that happens.Desired Settlement: I would like the following to happen:I sent a letter to Dream Lawns stating I would be willing to pay for the one time his company did mow ($30.00), but not the entire month ($90.00) as long as he sends a letter signifying that my contract obligation is complete. Dream Lawns needs to send an amended invoice for $30.00 and a completed contract notice.I also have all of the correspondance, including the emails requesting cancellation of service & incorrect billing that I can send.
