I just got this notification this morning with the being said problem was fixed and bike was returned to customer I believe on the 6th of August.We had a problem with adjustable pushrod that we thought was an electrical issue since adjustable push rods are an upgraded accessory...
to a motor and not stock. Hence the only way we would know there was an issue was taking the motor apart and physically seeing the issue. We were in contact with the customer every step of the way. I even made phone calls to the customer to express how we understood that it was taking far too long and that we were doing everything we could to get his bike back to him as quickly as possible. We delivered the bike to the customers house free of charge and didn't not charge him the 50.00 deductible he had for his warranty claim. As far as I know customer is happy and riding his bike with no issues.[redacted]
