Every interaction I have had with dream maker spas has been vary smoothAs I was reading the reviews they have I realized that there reviews did not make much sensefirst if you are under warrantee for a part would you not have a licensed technician do the workif you paid and you have a manufacturers warrantee it bumps it up to years for parts not labor that is something to get handled by the store you ordered it from and if they don't help you you should file a complaint against the store that installed your hot tubhow do you get a review likes these to stick on the Revdex.com?

We bought a Deamer Maker Spa years agoAfter it was delivered we found out the headrest and a part in the filter were brokenSecond issue a few months later the jets had no power to themThe repair man tells us we have to change the filter every monthsNo one mentioned this to us when we bought itThis can be costlyThe next issue a couple of months ago was the hot tub would not heat upRepair man says it's a burnt out boardHot tub is out of warranty and the repair man from where we bought it from was $900-We contacted Dream Maker and Justin said he would send the board at cost since it was only years oldWhen Justin did not hear back from me in a day he sent the board to Paradise Spa where we bought itWe get the part and have a licensed repair man install itWithin hrs it burns outWe have sold our home so we need this repaired ASAPOur repair man orders another board and installs itNo issuesDream Maker says it's Paradise Spas responsibility to refund usParadise Spa will not warrant itThey say it has to be sent back to Dream Maker and they will replace itWe don't need it replacedNow Paradise Spa says we have to send it back to Dream Maker to let them determine if it was a bad boardWe sent picsWe will also send the boards backIt would not recommend buying from either company again

I had bought a spa from dream maker not even a 1yr ago the adapter reset button broke within 2moI had called to get part replaced Justin replaced the part but shipped out the wrong size I had to pay for shipping wile it was under warranty I get the part and its the wrong size I call Dream Maker Spa back spoke to Justin and he said its the right part can't you adjusted it I said I would have to cut the cord to fit the adapter Why should I have to do that I'm not an electrician Justin said if you were handy you would be able to do thatI'm a woman I found that to be so unprofessional the way he handle our problem I ask to speak to a manager Sherry H*** she gets on the phone and right away she does not work with me she assume I'm not under warranty and does not want to help until I tell her I am under warranty Long story short The part is longer then the old part sherry and Justin says its still the right part and fights me on this case and wants me to cut the cord and install it myself Until Sherry finds out I'm under warranty and offers to send out the whole cordI did not get her to do this without a fight Sad that customer service does not want to fix the problem they escalated the problem and make excuses to help when they are supposed to do their job and help the customer Horrible customer service buyer beware

A few months ago I would have recommended a dream maker to anyone; however, now I would NOT! Very shortly after the electronic warranty ran out, the electronics want bad The warranty is for year I used the spa months but because I owned it for a year, there is nothing I could do about getting new electronics without cost It is going to cost me $for parts and another $for the repair man to even come to my house to look at it Nearly 1/the original cost I have been so frustrated and the store I bought it from said there is nothing that they can do to helpThe person I talked to on the phone said that instead of the company spending a few more cents on thicker wires, they opt for the cheaper wires with the hope of making more money on repairs He said that the risk of it going bad within the first year and having to repair it under warranty is worth the cheaper wires/electronicsThat is nothing like the positive reviews I read before making a purchase Had I seen a review like this, I definitely would have made a different choice, and so should anyone else

I purchased a hot tub in marchIt has malfunctioned now timesrecieved minimal help and company hard to reach
Had the hot tub since march-April, it has malfunctioned 4-timesHave tried to be patient and work with the companyThey have tried to troubleshoot over the phone bc it costs money to send out a techWe have had to have parts shipped and we installed ourself and recently have continued to spend our own money on fuses for the hot tub Bc they keep breakingThe company is hard to reachI've called numerous times and nobody answers and every single option on the customer service line leads to a voicemail that says "this mailbox is full" I am unbelievably frustrated, esp Bc this is an expensive item!!!

Contacted them in November after having the hotub for one month and it stopped workingStill hasn't been resolved even though its under warranty
I purchased the hotub at the end of September 2015, received it in October I contacted them multiple times over the phone in November when it began to leak, the Jets didn't work and the water wasn't heatingEventually I submitted photos over email to the company as they had requestedI was in the day labor warranty and year parts warrantyDespite multiple attempts in email and phone calls little was done to resolve my issueI contacted a private technician in January- February time frame who said I should push everything through the company to ensure I would be covered under warrantyEventually I was contacted by dreammaker spasHowever they have been unsuccessful in having my hotub repaired
