Regarding customer complaint # [redacted] , we have made two attempts, both phone message and email to the customer, [redacted] on 10/and have not gotten any response back to dateTypically our company policy is to provide parts only which were all sent, but in consideration of the mistake of UPS vs Fed ex delaying the part shipment, we have offered a gift card as well FYI the complaint states that no response was made from Sept 16th until Oct 13th when in fact we have documented proof that since her husband contacted us just a couple of days later on Saturday September 19th, we in fact responded on the very next business day Monday Sept 21stAnd that parts were sent out on Sept 24thUnfortunately, a mix up with UPS and Fed Ex was made and we apologized on Oct 1st and corrected that mistake on Oct 3rdIt is our understanding the customer to date has received all requested parts and in addition, in recognition of this error we have offered a compensation of a$gift cardPlease see below Dear [redacted] , Tried to reach you by phone on Friday, 10/I would like to apologize for the aggravation you and your husband had to go through regarding one of our products and the delay in resolving it.Going forward, I will personally make sure any such issues will be handled in a more expedient mannerPlease accept an Amazon gift certificate for the amount of $as compensation Please confirm that you accept this as final resolution of this issue so we can reach closure on this matterUpon receipt of your confirmation we will order the gift card through amazon website for you (will arrive via email, please confirm proper spelling of name you wish to be printed on gift card and email address to send to) We will forward this information to the Revdex.com referencing your case # [redacted] They will likely contact you to confirm that your complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction Thank you for your feedbackIt will be used as a learning tool to help improve our products and marketing materials in the future so others will benefit as a result Sincerely,

In lieu of the fact that customer was unable to return damaged item to retailer as is typically our policy when extra spare pars are not available, Dream on Me was able to locate a new crib and sent requested parts to Mr [redacted] on 3/2/ Mr [redacted] was emailed tracking # [redacted] for shipment on 3/2/Customer was satisfied with this resolution

Here is email sent on 5/ 5/26/Subject: [redacted] Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] Dear [redacted] , I am the assistant to the VP of Sales of our company and was asked by him to follow up on your complaint and make sure it is resolved in a satisfactory mannerI tried calling the phone number listed by Revdex.com on your complaint ( [redacted] and was advised it was not a working # We apologize for the confusion with your partI have personally researched this matter and was advised that your parts were definitely shipped and according to our customer service director, [redacted] that you should have received them by nowThe issue with tracking this shipment is a problem we have discovered with USPS, unless shipment is overnight, they will not take responsibility for the reliability of their tracking #’s and often the mail carrier fails to scan the item leaving the # invalid in the system while in fact it is on routePlease confirm that you have in fact received these parts and a phone # you can be reached at as I would like to personally make sure your satisfaction on this matter is complete [redacted] [redacted] ***

Consumer contacted DOM on 9/and after many communications back and forth was able to produce proof of purchase for two Brianna cribs item Consumer only complained about one of the cribs being purchased The Brianna was discontinued early and to date there are no replacement parts Consumer sent imagery of damaged parts that showed clear signs of wear and tear and teething Ordinarily Dream On Me will replace the damaged part free of charge but since the item is discontinued we offered =better valued crib that shipping costs were expected to be subsidized Now consumer is expecting TWO cribs completely free of charge when no proof was presented on second crib To defray any further issues DOM will ship consumer one new crib to replace defective product free of charge There has been no proof of any issue on second crib and DOM will not be issuing anything on the second crib

I ordered Dream On Me's Sofia Posh Curcular crib in white, after unpacking the product, we noticed that several parts were damagedI immediately notified the company on the incidentThough initially frustrated, the problem was resolved in the best way possible .Working directly with customer service representative Daniel Rojas, I was able to receive a replacement crib The company has excellent customer service and I will definitely recommend them to all mom-to-be's!

I recently purchased a Dream On Me crib There was a problem with the back leg I contacted the company and my problem was quickly resolved I dealt with Monasia and she provided me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond what I expected As a result of this excellent customer service, I will continue to buy their products and recommend others to also buy their products

Customer was contacted on 9/1/An approximate minute conversation was exchanged between the consumer and the Dream On Me representative, during said conversation details were shared around the confusion of the company's customer service department concerning sending correct partsIt was agreed upon between the Company representative and the customer that upon receipt of imagery of the destroyed crib Dream On Me will issue a check for $There was a mutual cordial understanding between the parties at the end of the call

I ordered the Dream On Me Havana 5-in-convertible crib onlineOnce it arrived, I found that the toddler rails, which had been explicitly claimed to be included, were not in fact includedI was able to fill out the contact information page on their website, and got a reply from Morris SrourMorris did a fantastic job of explaining that while they are in the process of getting the product description updated to no longer claim that the toddler rails are included, it takes time I was not happy about the possibility of either having to purchase another part separately or return my original purchaseAfter a lengthy rant from me, Morris kept calm and professional and made efforts to make it right by offering the toddler rails free of charge since it was advertised the way it was

Review: Falsely advertising this product (2 in 1 Full Size Crib and Changing Table Combo – Espresso) on its website and on the website of authorized dealers that the crib and changing table combo are 2 separate pieces. They are instead shipping a different model where the 2 items are attached. As a mother to be of triplets I would have never ordered 2 additional cribs that had attached changing tables... as it takes up more space in the room. I spoke to the vendor ([redacted] in customer service) and he is currently investigating options to make me whole. However, it does appear they believe they are justified in their advertisement of pictures and item description on their website and also the [redacted] website. Review: I. Got up to use the brand new double Stroller style# **on 3/**/2013 the Wheel had broken as soon as I began to push the front left wheel. I couldn't find the box to take it back as the department of Intervention services purchased this product for me so that I could get my children to in from doctors appointment daycare so that I could participate in jobs plus program. I immediatly notified the company speaking to [redacted]as well as submitting a product complaint online. I had provided this man with all this information the color the fact that my girls had mistakenly place the box out for trash the style number from off my tag the people whom purchesed the product n my case [redacted] name .I was told to give it 2-3 buisness days for the wheel to be sent to me. I called back on Friday and was told by [redacted]that he is going to make sure I got the part that he had to order this part n hat he would return my call by the end of the day. In which [redacted] never did. 3/**/2014 I had call back after I received my mail in he seem to again say that he was going to check why I did not receive the wheel knowing he never placed my order or did not even care about me participating in the Jobs Plus program that is mandated by my local department of Public Assistance Temporary Assistance. I had missed my recert waiting on this wheel my jobs search appointment that ia every wed at 130. I explained that my public assistance could be stop do to me not comming and cancelling my appointment. He told he was going to make sure it got to me by tomorrow that sometimes the manufacture have to reorder the part then ship it to me. However it shoould be to me n that he will return my call because he see that the part had been shipped in it only takes 1 day sense I'm in thecentral NY area. Again the end of the day had fallen.No call from [redacted] 3/**/2014 I called back with a paralegal associate n he had remembered me however hestated he didn't take the order n that he was placing the order nshe explained that she had been a witness to me calling him 3/**/2014 @9:03 and that she also had been a witness to me filling out the product forms on 3/**/2014 as well n that she felt it eas rude. He then exp,ained that he remembered me in then acted as If I never given him my proper address to locate the order better yet could not find the ordercause he never placed it and did not have the phone number to call me.... In which he did. He was told that he needed to send me a certicy letter or call my worker to let them know that he had falsified my order in that it was just now being placed in give the actuall timing that this will happen. He taken my worker information to call n I called back for the package number that he said he would provide n when I asked if he had called in left a message on my workers phone this man stated he could not call to represent me in that he had sent my information to my email that he claimed he did not have and my tracking number would b provided when he sent my wheel out that he had my wheel in his hand n that soon as its picked up again he would give me a call. Today is Thursday 3/**/2014 and this man did not call me or did not place the order on the phone and sent me a rply message stating he needed the same information that I had provided to him on the phone so I sent him pics of the stroller ,tags wt registration n model number, and took a pic of the broken wheel as well in to two peice** I'm running out of patience because he is one of them companies that [redacted]n cares about nothing or nobody elses needs when I explained to this man that I'm mandated to attend this program he did not rush one bit n now I'm being sanctioned because of this man I have no way to pay my rent or heat n I'm a mother of 4 children. My number is [redacted] n if u can not reach me there [redacted]Desired Settlement: And to pay my rent and my heat untill 45 days of my wait for reapplying to public assistance as well as the 68.00 semi cash for me to care for my children.

Review: Well in On March * my wheel had broken I submitted the complaint explaining that customer service rep [redacted] had put me through lies of sending the wheel then he never spoke to me then to the social service worker he had never even received a call from. So when I put my 1 yr old baby in the stroller with my two year old I noticed the wheel acting as if it was going to break again by the stroller not wanting to push. As I stopped at the begining of my steps my baby boy [redacted] began to screem my son [redacted] was slanted the stroller had tried to fold. The stroller was lopsided from the fram not wanting to lock open and causes the wheel to break. His hand had been pinched. As I can't make it to get my baby some pampers I got fustrated and called the company explained the situation when this guy who swears he never got my information but swore my product had been registered had not been in fact he refused to even care about this happening to my babies that was in this defected product. I sent pictures to [redacted] which I was told she was the [redacted] of the dream on me products. I sent her pics of the fram that id defected and don't want to stay open and a picture of [redacted] hand that had been clamped in the stroller was told she would give me a call after 5 pm n never did. However [redacted] with [redacted] had called and spoken to this man about the purchase she had my case [redacted] due provided him with proof of purchase as my case [redacted] spoken to him as well n I still have none response. 2 days laterDesired Settlement: I would like my stroller to be replaced and due to the hardship compinsated for my babies almost being folded up in this products.

Review: I bought two Dream On Me cribs and two crib mattresses in March 2014 through [redacted]. I contacted [redacted] and they apologized profusely and said I had to contact the manufacturer Dream On Me. I contacted the company in August to get replacement cribs or to be fully reimbursed for the cribs and mattresses. The legs became cracked and broken, the finish had completely come off the rails. There was mold growing in the feet of one of the cribs due to the legs cracking and moisture being allowed to come in. My son is an [redacted] and on daily treatments. I have sent numerous emails, I have sent pictures. I have sent copies of the receipts. All I want is money to purchase new cribs, or replacement cribs. My children have been sleeping in their play yards for two months because Dream On Me assured my family they would take care of this.Desired Settlement: I want two brand new cribs, and two brand new crib mattresses.
