Dream Products is a nightmare! I ordered a product 8/and received a message from them 8/that stated my shipment#, order# (these two nu,mber were identical) and a tracking number The message stated I should allow 1-weeks for delivery and that the shipper was the LA TimesToday, 9/15, I called DP and their robo repeated the same tracking number I had from the email, said it was being sent via FedEx and it was due to arrive last Tuesday I checked the shipping # and the tracking number with FedEx, USPS and UPS - all said they had no record of either number I called DP again and waited over minutes to talk to someone from customer service who said I had to call my post office to get the real tracking number When I said the PO doesn't work that way he said to hang up and call DP again! What a racket!

I placed an order on July 14, with Dream Products, my order was paid thru PayPal that same day and here it is, September 18, and I have yet to receive my order from them! Good luck getting through to anybody on their phone system I think I've waited long enough - if you have the time to wait for your orders, feel free, they are NOT prompt in getting things to you whatsoever BUT if you're like MOST folks, I assume you would like to get them within a reasonable amount of timenever again will I order from this company!

Dream Products has got to be the worst mail order company on the planetI placed a order on Sept and they charged me and have not received the product Emails do not get answered and when talking to their customer service if you want to cancel they have to call you back for you to cancel the orderThey say they will respond in 24-hours, does not happen

SO I SUBMITED AN ORDER 6/3/ AND RECIEVED ORDER ON6/13/2016, THE ORDER WAS PACKAGED FINEUN PACKED ORDER AND CHECKED PRODUCT OUT AND LOOKED ON BOTTOM OF PRODUCT AND THE EXPERATION DATE WAS MARKED 8/NOW ANY SO THE WAY I SEE THIS IS THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD FOR MONTHS I PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR THIS PRODUCT
SO I TRIED AND TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER ON BOTTOM OF SHEET ACCOMPANING THE ORDER LONGER THAN ONE HOUR WITH NO SUCCESSKEPT GETTING A REPEATING RECORDING OF SOMTHING TO THE EFFECT OF EVERYBODY IS STILL BUSY AND I DID MAKE SURE THAT I CALLED DURING 9:AM & 4:PM PACIFIC TIME
YOU PEOPLE NEED TO ROTATE YOUR STOCK SO THIS WON'T HAPPEN AND YOU NEED TO HIRE SOME OPERATORS TO MAN YOUR PHONES!!!

Order placed on 12/6/with expected delivery in weeks On 12/21/I called them to check on my order since I had not received my package or any correspondenceWas told the item was out of stock (website still states the item is in stock) and they did not know when or if they would get that item inThey did not have the courtesy to email me to tell me it was back orderedI then requested the order to be canceledThat was days ago and the order is still listed as being processed on their websiteSince I paid through PayPal, I contacted them to dispute the charge and have received credit on my PayPal account already This company is quick to take your money, but very poor in customer relationsSave yourself time and aggravation by ordering elsewhereDream Products is a sham

Ordered two pair of slippers on Feb. 10, 2015, they cashed my check on Feb. 19, 2015 . Called them on March 3, 2015, was told they were shipped out fedex , I would have them the next week, I called again on March 9, 2015 was told the same thing, the rep could not or would not supply any tracking info, when I told the rep that their automated order status said that they had not been shipped and it said there was no information on when they would ship.This company needs to be avoided at all costs , they advertise merchandise that they obviously don't have and keep your money and don't ship the product. They should be closed down by the Government. They don't even have the courtesy to send an e-mail thanking you for your order, nor keeping you order staus if they have your order on backorder.

I am here to state that I am not a satisfied customer at this point! I ordered the zippered stockings one black and one beige pair (large) for myself and a Christmas present in November 2014. I did not receive package until January 2015, only to find two beige pairs {Small} with a letter stating sorry since the black has been so popular we sent this instead. Calling the company twice first to find out when my delivery would be, received a week later and again when I received them I was told I could return them with a $2.00 credit towards shipping and a credit return to my credit card. Really disappointed in this company and will not order again!! my advice for Zipper socks go local and pay the extra for convenience and satisfaction!!

Placed order for slippers. Recd confirmation email with est receipt in 1 to 2 weeks. My credit card was charged at time order placed. Did not receive any more info so I followed up on order on their website. Recd email that order was still being processed. Another 2 to 3 weeks est receipt. Waited and still no info or product. Sent them email to cancel order and credit my card for at previously charged. Never received credit, so I disputed charge with credit card company.
