Dream Retreats Landscape

We were referred to Dream Retreats from a local BBQ store. After meeting with 10+ contractors, we selected Todd to help us with our pool remodel and building a BBQ. Todd was very patient with us, working through the design, looking at pictures with us to understand our style, and providing suggestions regarding what we might consider to for our design. When we selected our stone, tile, travertine, the gentleman at the store said Todd did his backyard. I am not sure how many landscaping/installation companies are in Phoenix area - but to have others in the business speak so highly of another partner - we were all in - wow!! Todd and his team were on time, on budget, and provided excellent personal customer service. We would highly recommend Todd to anyone and we will definitely use Dream Retreats again!

[redacted] was recommended by my neighbor who works for [redacted]. He knew the quality of [redacted]'s work and he was right. Mine was a small grill remodel that many contractors would have passed on but [redacted] was just as enthusiastic with this job as he would be on a major backyard remodel. His tile and stone guys did a fantastic job and [redacted] was very helpful with design ideas. The job was completed quickly with no mess left behind. I would not hesitate to use Dream Retreats again and to recommend [redacted] to anyone.

Dream Retreats recently installed 800+ square feet of sand set tumbled travertine for us. The entire experience was positive, from initial consultation to choice of materials to final product. The install team was knowledgeable and extremely neat and precise in their work. The installation was completed without delay and the follow-up of a minor issue was very prompt. The end result is a very beautiful patio that we are using constantly!

We had Travertine pavers, artificial turf, a BBQ island and a fire pit installed by Todd and his guys. We were very happy with everything!

[redacted] is a man of his word. We met on site, he provided a quality design and detailed cost estimate. He was willing to discuss changes and, when they were additive or deductive, provide an updated cost estimate.

His employees are professional, reliable and courteous; and do precisely as the scope of work intends.

Their work was timely, clean and precisely as agreed upon.

Once the work started, it continued until completion with no breaks or delays.

All punchlist items were accepted and corrected quickly.

When a late additive change was requested, we agreed upon a price and the work was performed expeditiously.

I have already recommended Dream Retreats Landscape to several of my neighbors and will continue to do so.
