Hi,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Her order has shipped from the factory and will be here in weeks. I will email her today with proof of shipment and further explanation for delays due to international relations between China and Vietnam. It has
wreaked havoc with all, but, we have shipped and will get her her order asap
Sincerely,

Review: The end of October 2015 we purchased a pirate bed from Dream Rooms for Kids. The owner, [redacted] responded to our request immediately and eagerly cashed our two checks (one for the bed & one for shipping) equaling almost $2,000. The bed came without a number of pieces including pieces that enabled us to attach the rails and the wheel, the sail, and the adaptor that enabled the nightlight to function. I left messages (text, voicemail, and email) right away. [redacted] responded that he would get those pieces to us right away. We did receive a blank white flag soon after, however the flag that was purchased and advertised on the site depicts a treasure map. [redacted]'s response was that they had run out. However the rest of the items the would allow completion of assembly and a functioning nightlight did not arrive. I reached out to [redacted] again the beginning of December 2015 = no response. I tried yet again mid-February 2016. Again, no response. I even emailed every address I could find on the website, pleading for anyone to get back to me. Again, absolutely nothing from anyone. So three and a half months later we still have a bed that cannot be put together in its entirety and a non-functioning nightlight. The complete lack of customer service is appalling, but to take customers' money and send an incomplete product then not return messages is beyond unethical and I'm wondering if not illegal. I would warn anyone to NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR. The sheer amount of other complaints filed against this company to the Revdex.com speaks volumes. I wish I had thought to check the Revdex.com site before purchasing from Dream Rooms for Kids.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like the items needed to finish the bed sent to me as promised.

Review: Paid in full for a princess bedroom set. He delivered the bed only and said the rest would follow shortly, with possible delays from the ports closing. I understand all that. The bed had many pieces missing, the lights don't work. He did very little to resolve the missing pieces. We have sent numerous emails, phone calls and texts asking for an update, with absolutely no reply. I consider myself a reasonable person, and told him to just keep us updated. Before we purchased the set, I told him I was hesitant because of his reputation. Shame on me for not listening to instincts. The bed is great, so it's very disappointing we may not receive the full set.Desired Settlement: I would love to have the set. If he could contact us and give us an update, of course that's. What I prefer. If not, a FULL refund and he can come get the bed.

Review: This company promises to deliver a product, takes your payment, then never contacts you again. They have created a convincing website that helps them to propagate their lies. They even have pictures of children that are supposedly the family of the original builder. It is sickening.Desired Settlement: We demand a full refund since no items have been delivered and not attempt has been made to resolve the issue. Trying to contact the company by either email or phone is useless

Review: I believe that this seller does not have this product available. My product is over 2 weeks late. I called, texted, and emailed as did my assistant. I receive no answer. I researched on line and saw many others stating the same problems. I texted the merchant letting him know that I will take this further if I do not receive a refund. He then finally answered telling me my order would be 2 weeks late. I said it already was. Then he said it would be 4 weeks late. Then he said he needed more time. Then he said he couldn't refund me because he didn't have the money. Bottom line is my son is too large for his bed and needs a new one. He is upset and waiting for his present for over 6 weeks now-I was told it was in stock when I ordered it. I think it doesn't exist. The forums on line say this company is a scam and has already changed names. I want others to beware! I want to notify the public. I want an investigation. It is really awful if parents are being taken advantage of. I need a refund to buy a new bed for my little one. I am out almost $1400 dollars. I would like this business to understand the impact of taking advantage of hard working people. Thank you.Desired Settlement: An apology, refund, and an alert for the public so other parents aren't taken advantage of. Thank you.

Review: I placed an order for a full size bed, vanity dresser, and nightstand for my daughter with [redacted] on 8/5/14 and have the invoice to show this and records of my payment. I was told the bed and nightstand would come in one shipment and the dresser would come in later shipment. Only the bed arrived in September, and there was an issue with the slats, but I had new ones made to resolve this. [redacted] reported there was an inventory issue with the nightstand. New nightstands and dressers were being made and should be finished in 8 weeks per 9/25/14 email. In a 12/17/14 email, I was told the dresser and nightstand would arrive mid-January. That is the last communication that I had from [redacted]. I have made repeated attempts to contact via phone and emails dated 2/9/15 and 3/27/15 with no response. I phoned him and left a message again a few weeks ago, letting him know I would be filing a complaint if I did not hear from him.Desired Settlement: I simply want the vanity dresser and nightstand that I ordered and was promised. I purchased these along with the bed to be a matching set. If he cannot fulfill the order, then he needs to refund me for the entire order including the bed.

Review: I ordered a "princess" bedroom set from Dream Room for kids. The Dresser was delivered without drawer pulls, and without a back foot to the dresser. The Bed is suppose to come with a teira, it was not included in the delivery. The toy box was the "boys" version. The girls version of toy box is pink and white, boys is navy and grey. I emailed [redacted] Golightly - with the company right away. [redacted] responded in writing that he would send the pulls and foot to the dresser, and teira for bed, right away. [redacted] told me to keep the boys toy box because the cost to him to have the box shipped back was too expensive, and he would send a girls toy box. This was an acceptable resolution to me. [redacted] has not followed through with his promises. Nothing as been delivered. Multiple e-mails I have sent. [redacted] has not responded.Desired Settlement: Send missing pieces to dresser, and bed. Send girls toy box that I ordered, or refund money for those items. Boys toy box and a dresser with no feet and no pulls are useless to me.

Review: I purchased the [redacted] bedroom set in the summer of 2014. Upon delivery of the [redacted] bedroom set the stepstool was broken. Additionally the treasure chest did not contain the correct parts . I received two back panels in stead of a front and a back panel. Several pieces of hardware were also missing. I contacted [redacted] on a number of occasions and conveyed my concerns via telephone calls and emails. I sent him a detailed email with the specific items I was missing on 29 August 2014 at 9:24PM EST. I did receive some of the missing items and hardware, however I am still missing the replacement stepstool, the correct front panel to the treasure chest and the handles for the outside deck lid compartments for the front of the bed and other miscellaneous hardware. In November 2014 I was able to speak to [redacted] and he informed me he would send me the missing items after he returned from overseas in December 2014. It is now February 2015 and I have not received the items nor heard from [redacted] informing me of when I can receive the requested items. I have been dealing with this very unprofessional company for over 6 months. He has my money and I have a substandard product and his company has horrible customer service. My last attempt to contact [redacted] was Saturday 31 January 2015 via telephone and email.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to contact me (and/or continue to attempt to contact me until we resolve this issue) and deliver the remaining missing items from the email I sent on 29 August 2014 at 9:24PM EST or I want a refund for the treasure chest and stepstool.

Review: On January 12, 2015 my husband and I purchased a pirate ship bed and dresser from [redacted] at Dream Room for Kids. We paid $1625.00 via check for the furniture. On January 26, 2015 we decided we wanted to change the bed size from twin to full. We gave [redacted] a check number and paid the difference of $300. In total we paid them $1925.00 for a full size bed and dresser and was informed that this would not change the original arrival time. We were originally told that the furniture would arrive to our home around the third week in February 2015. By March 3rd we had yet to receive the furniture we ordered so I contacted the company ([redacted] specifically) via online chat to find out the status. I was told that the factory missed the shipping deadline and it would be another three weeks before we could receive our furniture. Beginning on March 16 and up until March 24, my husband and I have tried numerous times to contact the company via phone, email and chat to find out the status of the furniture. At this point, we have not heard anything back and would honestly just like to be refunded for the merchandise we were promised and never received.Desired Settlement: Would like to be refunded for the merchandise we were promised and never received.

Review: I purchased a princess bedroom set(bed and dresser) for my daughter in the amount of $2,398.00. from Dream Rooms For Kids. I corresponded with [redacted] who claims to be the CEO of the company. The company was found online. [redacted] requested that I fax a copy of the check for $2,398.00, which I did on 10/29/14, he then took the money from my account. [redacted] indicated that the bed would be delivered within a week but was not delivered until after six weeks with the crown, power cord and bulb for the night light missing. He also indicated that the dresser would be delivered about one month after he received the payment but to date it hasn't been delivered. [redacted] has not corresponded with me since 12/17/14, he is not answering the phone, not returning the calls when messages of inquiry is left on the voice mail nor is he responding to e-mails sent to him during the past several weeks. I am requesting that he refund me $1,100. the cost of the items hes not delivered to date.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that [redacted] and Dream Rooms For Kids refund me $1,100 for the items( missing crown for the bed, missing power cord, missing bulbs for the night lite and the dresser), he has not delivered to date.

Review: I ordered a pirate ship bed with trundle in December 2014. I paid in FULL. I was told that the trundle would arrive later and was on back order for 5-6 weeks. I received the bed with many missing pieces. It took a month just to get a response and then I was finally shipped SOME of the missing parts. It is now July and I have never received the trundle. I have not received the remainder of the missing items, including the light feature. The 2 most exciting parts for a 5 year old will never be appreciated. I have sent several emails and called countless times with NO response. I have since found 20 + reviews with similar issues. This company is not only scamming customers but disappointing the children who their product was intended for. I have a little boy who has been anticipating his first sleepover with his friend on the trundle and now I have to sit him down and explain the details of why this will never happen. Shameful.Desired Settlement: I would love nothing more than to have the trundle and missing pieces delivered to my son. I have since disputed the charge for the trundle with my cc company. I am absolutely entitled to the missing pieces I paid for. Fred knows what they are. They are documented in countless emails. If Fred is willing to honor his end of the deal And deliver on his promise- he can send the trundle and I will gladly pay upon receipt (no shipping charges as they were originally included in the original bill).

Review: I ordered a twin pirate bed and matching trundle and have paid over 1300.00 for it and it still hasn't come. We ordered it in February. We've tried calling and they never answer. When contacting through email they say they're over seas working on bed. I just contacted him a couple days ago asking for my money back or a tracking number and his reply was I'll contact you tomorrow. It's obvious we won't receive product so we want our money back as I have indicated to [redacted] on more than one occasion.Desired Settlement: Money back

Review: My wife ordered a pirate bed from this company. He keeps giving her the run around about delivery. After several months my wife and I both have been trying to get a refund. He keeps blowing us off. We want the money back so we can buy our son another bed.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund

Review: On October 27, 2015 I made order via email for pirate ship bed. On November 6th, 2015 bed arrived to my house and was observed that aft part of the bed has damaged wooden plate and railings. Later it was noticed that damaged to aft part wood plate and wood railing is related to transportation. Driver bring the box to garage and lowered the box to the side instead keeping in upright position what cause damage to the plate by wooden railing laying in same position inside the box. I sent complaint to DRfK same date with picture. Got reply that they going to see into it. on the week of Nov-22nd I got reply that they still resolving the issue with transportation Company. And as today Nov-30 - no clear action plan provided. I need help to claim replacement of broken parts or 70% discount of the price due to damaged product and time consuming communication.Desired Settlement: I need help to claim replacement of broken parts or 70% discount of the price due to damaged product and time consuming communication.

Review: I placed an order with dreamroomsforkids.com six months ago, November 2013. I spent $2,633.45 for a princess bed set including a bed, dresser and nightstand and also a footstool. After months of delays and very little response to my multiple requests, the order finally arrived in March 2014 . The order arrived damagedchipped paint, cracked corners, broken mirror, missing footstool, no directions. I paid a handyman for two hours of work trying to assemble. He had to call in an additional handyman and they struggled to assemble. They both agreed they had never seen such a difficult assembly. They had to switch hinges and other pieces that were upside down. They used a mallet to pound in pieces that supposedly should have just slid right in. The hardware for the lighting was missing. Knobs and the crown were missing. Drawers did not match inside (some painted and others wood). I expressed this in multiple emails to the CEO, [redacted]. He offered no solutions other than me taking the mirror myself to be repaired. He eventually sent hardware for the lighting. I paid the handyman again to put together and the lighting still does not work. One of the wires appears to be taped together. [redacted] claims he sent me all missing items. He at one point offered to pay me $100 for my trouble. Now he claims because he is in Vietnam it is difficult for him to reply to me. He says I should wait another month and he will personally come to my house and fix everything. I demanded a refund and told him he can come and take it all away. I have absolutely no confidence that he will provide me with the proper replacements or that it will happen in the promised time. He refuses to give me a refund. I thought I was ordering a special item for my daughter's first bed. Instead it has been a complete nightmare dealing with him and his company. I now have furniture that is damaged and unusable and he won't refund my money.Desired Settlement: I deserve a refund at the very least. I have damaged goods, missing itemspaid for that never arrived, money spent on the handyman to return due to delay of pertinent items, and for mental anguish. This has been a horrible inconvenience, cause of stress and time spender. I am a single mom of three children and [redacted] has made no appropriate attempts to rectify the situation. He refuses to refund my order.
