Review: I hired him to re-do my lawn last April. He eventually got around to completing the job some time in July. Once the grass was put in it immediately began to die and I requested that he replace it. While putting down the second lawn I told him I thought much of the sod was no good/dead and asked if he was going to stand behind his work? He said it was guaranteed for 1 year. Well, it's spring and my lawn is a disaster! Dead spots throughout the back and the front lawn looks horrible as well. He will not answer my phone calls anymore.Desired Settlement: I don't believe he will deliver a quality lawn as he has already replaced it once and it is just as dead as the first bunch of sod he put in.If my only choice is to have it replaced again, I would appreciate it if it were put in before it gets too hot (last time he put it in is was late summer).
