Review: I ordered a t-shirt from this company on November **, 2014. I received an order confirmation email for my order #[redacted]. I then received a shipping confirmation email on November **, 2014. By December [redacted], I still had not received my order, so I requested a tracking number. On December [redacted], I was told I would have to wait no more than 10 days for my order to ship. I emailed the company on December [redacted] because I still did not receive my item. On January [redacted], I was told the item I ordered was no longer available and was offered other t-shirts I could order or receive a refund. I requested a refund. On January [redacted], I was told the refund would be processed by the end of the week. I still have not received the refund and emailed the company for follow-up, but now I am getting no response and previously I was told there would be follow up on February [redacted]. I have made 2 attempts after February [redacted] through email to request the refund be processed. The total cost of my order is $45. $40 for the t-shirt and I was charged an additional $5 for shipping.Desired Settlement: $45 to be applied back on my credit card.
