Dream Spaces is a great company, Great work, Great People, and their overall knowledge is impeccable. My wife and I contracted Dream Spaces to build a screen porch on our home, so we called a bunch of companies to give us estimates. At the initial Design Consultation, we were shown Samples of the screen porch and informed us of the process. The Installers were professional, Friendly and kept the yard clean. After two and a half weeks we had a new deck with a beautiful Screen Porch. Dream Spaces is and was the best choice!

We love Dream Spaces, Great Company, Great People, Great Prices and Great Sunrooms! We were so happy to have found a company that is knowledgeable and takes great pride in their work. We could not be happier with the choice to use Dream Spaces, best company around.

I wanted a sunroom for years. My husband and I looked into 2 companies before we found Dream Spaces. The first company was too expensive. The second company told us it would take 6 months to complete and could never give us an accurate cost. I called Dream Spaces. They were out in 2 days, gave us an estimate that was quite reasonable and discussed options for materials the room and the deck we added. All the workers were professional and kept us posted on the project. Work began in mid August and I was enjoying my room 6 weeks later. I LOVE IT!

Additionally, 4 months later, in an effort to get emergency services to a family member, the sheriff had to break into our home through the sunroom damaging a significant panel. Dream Spaces is replacing and repairing for free. Bob is great! I would recommend Dream Spaces in a heartbeat.

Contractor failed to provide warranty service as promised and agreed to in the contract.Dream Spaces installed a All Seasons Sun Room on our home. The rain gutter is not pitched properly and sags in the middle so it won't drain. The contractor, [redacted] has refused to remedy the problem even though it was faulty construction and we have a lifetime warranty. We constantly have 2 inches of stanidng water in the gutter and mosquitoes are using it as a breeding area.The contractor told me to "live with it". Class act.Desired SettlementProvide and install a proper rain gutter that meets code requirements for proper pitch so it drains properly.Business Response We tried to remedy the problem, but the homeowner would not allow us to. We also recommended a gutter cover since his yard is filled with trees and the gutters were clogged with debris. We also said we would install another downspout, again the customer refused our help. the last time we spoke to the customer he used vulgar language and was extremely nasty! We can not help this customer if he will not accept our solutions to this problem.Consumer Response Once again, nothing but excuses to hide incompetency. The gutter is not installed correctly and this has been verified by the City of [redacted] Building Dept, and two gutter contractors. Dream Spaces is in direct conflict with every other assesement of the problem. The solutions offerd were irrelevant to the lack of proper pitch in the gutter. It sags at the seam so installing a dozen new downspouts would not work and that too has been verified by outside sources. The only proper solution, per all three outside sources, is to reinstall a gutter that has the proper pitch of 1/4" per 10 ft. Dream Spaces and Fours Seasons have failed to honor the warranty and failed to provide a working product.Since replacing the entire legnth of gutter and installing it correctly is, at best, a $300 repair, it makes us wonder if there is validity to one of the statements by Dream Spaces that some type of inherant design flaw in the Four Seasons room system makes proper installation of a gutter impossible. If so, that must be corrected before others fall victim to faulty engineering.Leaf guards is a joke and merely smoke an mirrors. There is presently not a single leaf in the entire gutter and it will not drain due to improper pitch. We all learned many years ago that water will flows downhill, not uphill, unless mechanically moved uphill. Since a gutter system relies on gravity to funciion, proper pitch is critical.Again, the owner of Dream Spaces has told us that we havt to "live with it" despite the fact that 3 outside sources have verified our position. We are tired of these there attempts by Dream Spaces to avoid doing the job right. He has been treated with the amount of respect that he has earned... none.If Dream Spaces continues to make excuses and provide bogus solutions we will have the problem fixed ourselves and then let the courts decide who is right. We heartily reccomend that others take a pass on anything involving Dream Spaces. In and industry already famous to bad contractors, Dream Spaces provides proof positive that the reputation is well deserved.Final Business Response As a dealer Of Four Seasons Products, The Home office replied to the homeowner, Here is the response:"After Speaking With Mr. [redacted] and reviewing your case, The Four seasons Gutter System is not built to be pitched which is neither a design flaw or installation issue. As Mr [redacted] has mentioned Four seasons will provide another downspout as well as a leaf guard to prevent debris from entering the gutter system and causing a backup which would solve the draining issue. Mr [redacted] would be happy to return to your home to install the parts as well as address the issue with your door". as of now there has been no response from the homeowner.
