hurry to get it set. We advised them that the crew that they wanted to use was not experienced enough to complete this job. This subcontractor was a family friend and again was not experienced enough to complete this job. After they used this company, we feel that we do not have any further responsibilities to address these types of problems on this project. We have advised them numerous times to contact their subcontractor and have the issues that they feel they have, addressed by that company. We only sold them the house and they completed all other aspects of this project themselves. If they were not experienced enough to keep track of their workers, we are not responsible for that. They were advised at the beginning of this project to send us a list of factory service items and never had one emailed or mailed to us. As of last week, after this complaint was filed, a list was finally sent.....a year after the house was delivered. We have sent this list to the factory to address, but they may not because it has been a year in coming.
