Gabe and John from Dream Systems showed up to my house and offered a free room carpet cleaning. Gabe came in and mentioned that I probably was not going to commit to buy with my wife not being there. He cleaned the carpet anyways and an additional rug. No high pressure or anything. Great customer service.

My husband and I were sitting on the couch watching tv when I heard a very faint knock. My husband talked to the sales guy, who wanted to clean our carpets- it's after 8:00 pm. The whole thing felt odd, so I looked up the business. Tonight was an exact repeat of the review written on July 4, except its the night before thanksgiving.

People knocked on my door saying they wanted to clean something for free so I can give them a positive review. They had me clear away the space to clean, brought in a machine in a box, unpacked it and gave me a preview of this machine. I didn't want any of this. I wanted what they said they would provide a rug cleaning. Not a sales pitch. I asked the original man who came to my door many times, I don't want a pitch, this is a cleaning right? yes three times. They had their parts all over my living room for thirty minutes and I just wanted them out. I didn't want to be pitched for a product. This wasn't what I agreed to. I stated this many times and finally they got everything out quickly. Very confusing and misleading. Poor communication I'm sure on purpose just to get in my house. No bueno people!! Beware!!
