My daughter has had braces by a [redacted] for over yearsThey are still not completeMy child had to have a surgical procedure to assist with her teeth coming down into placeNow, the only reason we knew that my childs teeth were stuck was because of our regular family dentistMind you we had x-rays along with exams by Dr [redacted] and the teeth were never noticed that werehad lodged in her gums Ok here is my problemAfter having the surgical procedure to assist with the teeth coming downMy child would go to Dr***'s place of business for two years without incidentDr [redacted] would tell my wife that everything was fine she is doing great All the while I'm asking my wife why hasn't the tooth come down on one side Now if you know me I'm a jerk about things that I pay for but I am trying to trust the process because this is out of area of expertise One day my daughter comes to me & says one the chains on my brace & tooth has come looseI ask her a ton of question because if you have been to Dr.***'s place she puts a big emphasis eating & doing the right things to assist with the procedure or process We schedule an appointment and they tell us that the tooth was not connected to the toothI not was present but when my wife called me with this information I was upset to say the least@%# this was my languageI am not writing this to bash Dr***I think this is a first class business ran by my people which brought me to this establishmentI am writing this because as a tax paying civilianThis money came out of my pocket & I work hard for every red cent I get Back to my pointWe were told that my child would need another surgery to connect the tooth which would extend the process of setting the braces a little while longerThis is a nice way of saying it we are going to charge you more We reluctantly went back to the same surgeon that was recommended by Dr [redacted] for the second surgery(Dream Team) Mind you the Doctor at Dream Team received more money from me & my insurance companyThis guy was paid twice for incomplete work and another year later my child's tooth is still lodge in her gum & the Great Dr[redacted] is getting ready to discharge my child from her office with an incomplete job & a big chunk of money paid by me & my insurance company with an extended surcharge that is incompleteI am holding both businesses responsible for this shabby workOne because I am a paying customer & two because they both are in business togetherDr [redacted] & Dream Team are one

I had a visit with Dream Team Oral Surgery on 11-23-15 for the removal of my wisdom teeth and I was extremly nervous about the procedure because I don't do well with idea of surgery but the staff made me feel very comfortable, they educated me on my post op instructions, the doctor made my surgery completely painless and fast. They also called me to confirm my appoinment before hand. I highly recommend this office!
