I was writing back to respond to the Revdex.com complaintDream Team tickets is a private secondary ticketing agencyWe are not associated/affiliated nor do we work alongside with primary sellers (theatres, box offices, venues)All of our ticket prices are sold at above face valueWe provide this information in detail in the Terms and Policies of the transactionsCustomers can never be “redirected” to our siteWe would be happy to provide all Terms that must be accepted at the time the order is submittedThe setting is defaulted to “NO” that means the customer must physically move the mouse over to “YES” to accept the Terms and proceed with the transaction If and when a customer calls to complain about the price printed on the ticket versus what they paid, we explain again in detail that we are a secondary seller and sell our tickets for above face valueIf they ask us to adjust the price of the ticket and/or their order, we cannot do so as ticket prices are non negotiableI hope this helpsPlease be sure to respond or call me if you need further assistance Thanks [redacted]
