Dream Vacuum

I ordered a [redacted] vacuum hose online from Dream Vacuum. I received it within 2 days. I realized that I had ordered the wrong hose and called to exchange it.
I was told that 1) I could return the hose and they would send out a different hose or 2) I could order the correct hose and occur another charge and they would process it immediately. I would then receive credit for the returned hose when they received it.
I opted to order another hose so there would not be any delay.
It has been one month and I did not receive the second hose nor was I credited for the returned hose despite many phone calls. The amounts for $155 and $169.
