I am having a quality/wear issue with my DW carpet and have requested that they take care of the issue under the warranty and they refusedI purchased an above avg quality DW rug and had it installed in Jan by a local carpet dealer who sold me the carpet and the selling point was the amazing warranty offered by the mfrI was removing year old carpet that never had the types of issues that my DW carpet was showing after several monthsDW said my carpet was a oz soft product with high pile - my local dealer was called out less then a year after product was installed with concerns about how it was wearing and fibers pulling out of carpet and he said he himself didn't like the way it was looking but that to just not pull any of the loose fibers and cut them only and keep vacuuming which I did - our rugs were regularly vacuumed weekly, and we don't wear our shoes in the home and it's only the 2nd floor that has carpet, we only have people in the home and we were actually not

Dreamweaver does not stand by their warranty! We built a new home that was completed 1/3/We upgraded to most expensive carpet that was offered to usDreamweaver Cosmopolitan-Tumbleweed We paid an additional $for this carpetIt came with a year warrantyBy 3/17, we started complaining to our builder about the quality and wear of the carpetWe don't wear shoes on it, we don't have large animals or small kidsThe carpet is really worn in places and the fibers are coming out of the carpetWe complained to the design companyThey sent someone out who told me to steam clean itDreamweaver's own website states to steam clean after 12-monthsI've only been here monthsI escalated again and Dreamweaver sent someone out to test the carpetWe just received notice that they chose not to honor the warranty that is clearly stated on their website and provided to usThe website states that they recommend having the carpet professionally cleaned every 12-monthsD

advertising: the carpet does not retain its shape in walkways and Dream Weaver is denying the warranty claim A matter of weeks after we installed the carpet in August we noticed the pile crushing in the walkways and contacted the sales rep who thought the carpet was discontinuedWe removed carpet from a small room and replaced it with tile to protect our investment, however that piece is not large enough to cover the entire hallway which suffers from complete pile/tuft breakdown Dream Weaver sent an independent inspector, whose contact information we retained for future subpoena, who conducted an examination of the carpetWe then received a letter from Dream Weaver representative [redacted] which contained statements regarding our vacuum cleaner and accused us of not properly cleaning the carpet The letter provided acknowledges "minor compression and twist loss" but the proof are the actual tufts of carpet fiber falling out of the backing which is not a result of

We had filed a complaint for excessive wear and that was for the first Dream Weaver Carpet and they agreedIt happened again for a better carpet! The first carpet started to show excessive wear after the first year and halfWe complained about the wear and Dream Weaver sent an inspector, as the carpet had a warranty that covered itWe paid to upgraded carpet from Dream Weaver and within three months it started to show the identical wear as the last carpet that Dream Weaver replacedNow, they have denied to cover the better carpeting with the same identical type of wear evident by the many pictures I have taken of both carpets

Carpet is failing, company is not responding to address warranty issues clearly defined in writing Several areas of carpet are showing signs of significant wear; vacuuming, raking, and even steam cleaning has no effect on 'restoring' the pile in the crushed areasThere is even a sheen and color shiftThe home is years old; one personNo shoes worn in houseBare feet and socks onlyI installed upgraded padding that exceeded the carpet minimumsMy last home had carpet with two persons and lasted over years without this type of wearEven a prior house where I installed cheap imported carpet had no wear after two yearsThinking a class action is warranted with these folks

Awful smelling carpetPurchased rooms worth of Dreamweaver Exceptional in May, and the nasty odor will not go awayAll our windows and doors are open to ventilateWe have headaches and sore throats when spending time in the carpeted rooms, and it is especially bad on gray daysOf course, no one from Dreamweaver can smell itThis has been a very regrettable experienceThe pad and glue are not the problem, it has to be the carpetWaiting on resolution for the filed Revdex.com complaints requesting a refund for materials, not store credit
