Review: I took a cell phone into the store to have the glass only repaired. I had contacted several repair shops prior to returning to Dream Wireless because they offered the best price for the repair. I was aware of the difficulty of the the repair and asked several questions regarding them having the proper equipment to successfully repair the phone. I was told that they have the machine needed to ensure there were no problems with the repair. I was quoted the repair price of 100 USD. I informed them that only the glass needed to be replaced and that there were no other problems which was confirmed by the staff who I gave the phone to during the repair order. I provided the store staff with my phone number and asked to be contacted if there are any problems during the repair job. I only received a call to inform me that the repair was completed and I could pick up the phone. Upon my arrival to the store I noticed the staff was acting weird and on the phone with someone talking about me, when asked they said its the repairer and then they pulled out the phone with a new glass but with a new problem. When I challenged them to fix the phone to what I had agreed to they attempted to charge me an additional 100 USD for a problem they created by not using the proper tools to fix the phone in the first place. Then started speaking to me in a very disrespectful and condensing manner, even including other patrons of the store in the conversation, stating if I did my research I would know that they phone would not be the same. In fact I did do my research and asked all of the questions needed. The claims of the phone not being the same or any of the other crap he stated was never mentioned until I realized they broke the LCD when replacing the glass. They broke the LCD, they replace it, that the deal.I left the phone and have requested that they either repair it to my liking or place the old part back onto the phone. I will go there today but I need Revdex.com to look into this bait and switch operation.Desired Settlement: Refund or Replacement.
