We did the diagnosis and found a serious issue being that his timing chain, cam adjusters and solenoids were faulty. Also, we found a fault indicator on for engine control faults. We recommended a removal and inspection in order to check into these issues. Wwe did not charge him for certain parts needed during the removal and inspection, as it is seen on the paperwork. Our ultimate goal was to make sure he knew the bigger picture with relation to his timing issues with the motor.
