Review: The first week in January 2015 I ordered a full size/extra long 30lb. weighted blanket made out of NFL Patriots Football material. I have not received it. I have made many phone calls, sent many emails/facebook message, written them a personal letter, and sent a letter from a lawyer. They have not responded to any. They charged my credit card the $364.00 in February. I have called my credit card company and they have removed the charge and are trying to contact the company as well.Desired Settlement: I would like the blanket I ordered in January.

Review: I placed an order on their website in January 2015 for two weighted blankets before they stopped taking public orders. My credit card was charged for both orders. As of this day, June 24, 2015, I have not received my blankets nor have I received a refund. The company phone number is no longer in service and their website is down. I get an automated response to my emails but no action. I want a refund of my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.

Review: I ordered a blanket from this company on July 8, 2014. They took $218.68 from my paypal account that day. A week later I made my order and it was confirmed.

Today is September 27, 2014 and for the past month I have been calling (4 times), emailing (4 times), made 3 facebook posts, and have not heard a word about the blanket.

I am so disappointed as my son could really benefit from this blanket and the company does not have the decency to even return my questions.Desired Settlement: A full refund.

It is suppose to take 6 weeks max and 14 days if no fabric . I am well over that and no blankets.Desired Settlement: Get both my blankets in a couple weeks max .

Review: 1-19-15 I ordered a weighted blanket and my business credit was charged for the purchase amount of $164 on that date. on 4-7-15 I left a message to the business as the order was not received, and on 4-8-15 I emailed the company and received an automated response to the email that the company was working to complete all orders by May. The order was never received. On 9-4-15 I mailed a certified letter that was delivered on 9-8-15 to the business that included copies of the emails, original order and asked for them to contact me regarding the order never received. I received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the funds to our business as the order was never filled or the order filled immediately and shipped to me as the family moved since order was placed.

Review: I ordered a weighted blanket from the company on 4/17/2014. About 2 weeks later (after my cc payment had gone through) I called to ask them what the time frame would be to receive my blanket as I had emailed twice and nobody had responded yet. I was advised that the blanket was set to ship the next day. I said "Oh wonderful then I can't wait to get it". Since then I have called every week, sent emails, sent facebook messages and tried every way possible to contact them and they refuse to contact me back. I even left a comment on facebook that said "What is the timeline of the blankets to be delivered as I am anxiously awaiting my blanket and it has been 8 weeks". The comment was deleted. I have left messages and told them if they are not going to send me what I paid for then to please refund my credit card so I can purchase one elsewhere. Still nothing from the company.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a full refund of what I have paid for since it is apparent they are not going to send me the product that I have ordered.

Review: Was put on the Dreamcatchers Weighted Blanket Giving Tree that made it so anyone could donate money to get a blanket made by them, at no cost to myself. In February of 2014 she was added to the giving tree and I had $20 to spare and donated it to my daughter, [redacted]'s weighted blanket fund. That month her goal was met and I was notified that we could pick out fabric and they would make it and send it out for my daughter. I have emailed and called and tried tk contact them through Facebook for years and I am out my $20, but also the amount donated by strangers that gave us hope to help our daughter, especially when her blanket was nearly $200 to make since she is about 87 pounds. The last call I got was October 2014 and they asked about the fabric type and print, but they refuse to email back, there is no phone number and they opened a new facebook. When they has their facebook, I left three comments over a period of about two months and they just ignored or deleted them.Desired Settlement: Would like to get the $20 I could afford to donate to for my daughter's blanket as well as the money strangers donated so I can go to a trustworthy business and get her blanket made like it should have been a year ago. They had it fully paid for and dropped out of contact in every way, and should be held responsible.

Review: I placed an order on March 9, 2015. My bank account was charged and money withdrawn in the purchase amount. Since then no blanket has arrived, and my order status has remained "Awaiting Fulfillment." The only phone number on the website leads to a recording saying the message box is full. No one has responded to repeated requests for confirmation or clarification on this order or when a blanket might arrive. Nor has anyone responded to the email left notifying them that if I do not hear from anyone that I will be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Frankly, I'm still just hoping to receive the blanket ordered. But if this action does not get a response I will be forced to go to small claims court and get my money back.

Review: It has been have over 3 months telephone has been disconnected and roto email which means no answer this is BS . not sure what to do.Desired Settlement: finish the job or refund

Review: I ordered a weighted blanket on August 10, 2014. My account was charged $106.00 on August 11, 2014. I have not received the blanket and the owner of the company will not return my phone calls.

Review: I ordered a weighted blanket from them (Weighted Blanket T119 Standard DLS 19LB Twin Cotton) on Saturday, March 14, 2015 and have not received the item as of June 3, 2015. When trying to contact them, their website was shut down and their phone line was disconnected. They have not refunded my money, a grand total of $194.75 USD.Desired Settlement: I would like DreamCatcher LLC to refund my payment of $194.75.

Review: I ordered a standard weighted blanket from this company on December 26, 2014. My credit card was immediately charged for $185.00. I have not yet received my blanket. I have emailed the company three different times and have received no response. I have also called multiple times but no one picks up and the voicemail is always full. I have also tried to contact the company through Facebook and through their Customer Questions form on their website.Desired Settlement: I would either like my blanket to be delievered or for my credit card to be refunded.

Review: I ordered a weighted blanket in January 2015. I was promised the blanket by the end of March. I have made several attempts to contact the company via email but only got an automated response. It is now July 5 and I have not heard from the company nor have I received my blanket. My credit card was charged shortly after I placed my order.Desired Settlement: I would love for my blanket to be completed and shipped. If that can not be completed, I would like a refund for the full price I paid back in January.

Review: I purchased a weighted blanket on January 26th, 2014. I was able to speak with a company representative two days later to get some details on my address straightened out. She said, "There is a 60 day wait on getting your blanket. Are you okay with that?" I responded to the affirmative, and we still have not seen it at all. I have sent numerous emails, all with an automated response email and called and called until the number was suddenly disconnected. I have a lot of money involved in this purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded IN FULL as soon as humanly possible.

Review: After sending and receiving very prompt and efficient emails I placed an order with Dreamcatcher Weighted Blankets, with the understanding that my order would take 5 - 6 weeks to complete. I paid $293 for the blanket and postage. After several weeks I emailed to see how my order is coming along. It is now 8 weeks since I placed my original order and paid in full. I have emailed the company 3times ( July 11, 24 and 30 ) and phoned them ( from my home in Ireland ) and left at least 8 messages over the last 2 days ( July 29 and 30 ). Since receiving my money I have not heard from the company ( owner [redacted] ) even once. This is a large sum of money and something that I really need ( but cannot get in Ireland ) for my child who is on the Autistic Spectrum.I feel I have been duped into sending this woman money and wonder how many others this has happened to ? I am wondering now if there is anyway I can get my hard earned money back ?I really do hope that you can help me.Desired Settlement: As described above, I would like my money back in full or I would like the prompt delivery of the blanket made to the specifications in original order
