I recently stayed at a condo on Panama City Beach, Florida through Four Star Condo Services. I found Four Star Condo Services to be extremely professional, efficient, courteous and would highly recommend their service. Mr. Harry [redacted] took care of every request promptly and courteously. I will recommend Four Star Condo Services to my friends and definitely will contact this company for future vacation rentals at Panama City Beach, Florida.
This company is not the first rental company I have dealt with when finding a beach rental. We rent just about every year. This is the first company that I have truly been disappointed in their response. When we checked into our house, which was a lovely house, we immediately noticed that one of the full glass doors in the master bedroom was broken. I immediately called the company and informed them of the door and asked about getting it fixed since we had small children. The next day, I called back because the fan in the master bedroom did not work and I again inquired about the door. We were afraid one of the children that was traveling with us would push on the glass and cut themselves. We were there a whole week and NEVER heard from the staff again!!! We left the blinds on the door down the whole week which distracted from the view...which we paid a lot of money for. I am very disappointed In the way this situation was handled...ignoring us should not be an option!!!
