We regret that this misunderstanding was not properly resolved immediatelyWe were informed by our crew that the gutter company was taking care of the said portion of the work and we should have followed up with homeowner to confirm. That said once we became aware of the situation we
immediately went out and took care of any remaining work and went above and beyond to rectify our mistake
It is our understanding that the homeowners were so pleased with our response that they wish to have the complaint removedShould we need to do anything else to make this situation right we will gladly do so

RE: ***
In response to the rejection we would propose that *** allow us the opportunity to do whatever is in our power to rectify his concerns. We have been unable to contact him directly and wish to resolve this matter.
As it relates to the energy consumption, we know that there are numerous factors that can contribute to energy bills. The best way for us to narrow down what may be causing this is to have an energy audit done which we would be willing to provide
As it relates to the window service, *** is still going of information that has since changed. We have fought and continue to fight for the best solution for any of our customers who have experienced issues with this particular product of which the manufacturer has gone out of business and no longer has a product warranty
We would like the opportunity to discuss this solution with ** *** and are confident that this will resolve his complaint
Thank you

Revdex.com:In reference to complaint ID ***, the business sent a technician to assess the problem, and a replacement window sash is now on order. This resolution is satisfactory, so you may remove the complaint
Thank you,

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The information that was given as a response for the email previously sent in by myself has been misleading by Dream Home. Upon meeting with the Vice president of the company, it was determined that the windows that were supplied to me were 1 of 20 jobs that has issues with the low E gas leaking from the windows. I had chosen these windows because of the triple pain glass and the cost it would have saved me after having them installed. When I spoke with the Vice president he did try and mention that the cost of energy had gone up. This of course wah the excuse I knew he was going to use so I had the [redacted] bill ready to show him. The using being exactly the same and in one month even less then the year before. I can understand if the electricity that was used was reflected because of the energy bill going up. He could not explain what the bill would have gone up dramatically as it had. It was almost 20% more then the year before. The main reason I had purchased these windows was because my previous windows were wood and they were basically as if I had nothing keeping in energy. One thing That The vice president failed to mention was that I even purchased the insulation for the attic, thinking this would help with the electric bills. This did not help any! [redacted] the Vice President offered to add more insulation for a free charge but even after that was done it has not helped. [redacted] did offer to replace any of the sashes for the windows, But not for free. He told me I could purchase them for $80 each. This would be $80 per sash on each window. At the present time I believe I currently need 6 new Window sashes. Now that fact that I was 1 of 20 people who received a product that was less then atiquite because of the fact  that his company knew that product was going to have to be replaced, I feel as though I should be reimbursed for the windows after the time I have put into this. The product was faulty the attic insulation that I have added nothing to help except another bill that I am still paying on. I would also like to mention that I had even sold my neighbors on Dream Home, when I first purchased them. I have even noticed that they had window sashes that have to be replaced. This is not good /fair business. Who has tile to continually call and work out a schedule to get these fixed. When I mentioned to them that warranty was now void they were mortified. This was also one of the main reasons they purchased this product.  At this point I would like to be doe with Dream home and just get back my investment that I had put into my home thing that I could save money by going with a company I though I could trust.

After doing extensive research, I chose Dream Home Solar a partnered company of Dream Home Remodel to do the solar system installation at my home. They are one of the highest rated full service solar companies in Southern California - and for good reason. Rudy and his team combined the highest levels of skill, expertise and knowledge with friendly, honest and reliable service. In addition, I found the Dream Home Solar team to be passionate about solar and clean energy as well as providing an impeccable quality product with exceptional value as well as stellar customer service. Furthermore, I had peace of mind knowing Dream Home Solar only installs worry-free U.S.A. made solar systems with a lifetime warranty rather than the Chinese made junky solar systems that so many other solar companies I found install. I would strongly recommend Dream Home Solar to anyone considering going solar.

Review: I send two letters regarding a window that need to be replaced to the company , the last one in June 22nd 2014 and I do not have any answer. The previous letter in December 2013 resulted in a phone call telling us that they do not make those windows anymore but I have a lifetime warranty with the company. This is my last attempt other than pursuing legal action towards themDesired Settlement: window top in master bedroom: numbers are 33 3/4x 45, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]

Review: I have spoken with [redacted], Who is the president of the company. This was regarding the contract that was signed by me concerning the replacement of my windows. From the first few months after we had the windows installed we have had nothing but issue. The sashes have had to be replaced on consistent basis. The reason was because we were 1 of 20 households that received defective windows. They did replace the sashes until I received a letter from the company stating that they had been sold. This would now void the warranty that was a 50 year transferable warranty. This was one of the reasons I purchased these windows for my home. I even convinced my neighbor to purchase the same windows. I have had consistent issue with there being what appeared to be mold on the inside of the windows. I was told was because f the argon gas escaping from the inside of the windows. Now I purchased triple pain glass because we have had problems with my home and the electric bill because of the way the air circulates throughout my home. As it stands right now I currently need 5 Sashes replaced. When I spoke to [redacted] about this I was told that I would have to pay $80 per sash to have these replaced. I have also noticed my neighbors windows are doing the same thing with them looking like they have mold on them. I was basically told by [redacted] I am sorry there is nothing I can do for you at this point. I feel as tough I have been taken advantage of because they have my money and sold me an inferior product. Me and my fiancee are on a limited budget as she is a navy vet and has little money coming in . We thought this would be something that I thought would help lower our electric bill but has done nothing what so ever. I even showed this to [redacted] upon him coming to my home to look at the windows. I expressed my dis-concern with the product but was told it is out of his hands.Desired Settlement: At this point I have reached my point of be passive aggressive and would just like the windows to be taken back and I will go with a different company. If this is not something that can be done I would like a refund for the money that I had paid out for these windows that have have not saved me any energy. I feel that I am at least owed that for promises made by Dream home to save on expenses with the electric and the trouble that I have gone through fighting with them over this ongoing issue. We even used there insulation for the attack that I am still paying on, This has not helped us in the least bit to lower our electric bill at all as well. Between the attic and the windows I have spend over $10,000 and feel as though I should have flushed this down the toilet. Please help as I mentioned my fiancee cannot work because she is injured and we are still paying on a bill that is not helping and an electric bill that is continuing to rise.
