dozens of times without a call backI have attached our comments log from our CRM system that show with time stamps that we have been in communication with her over the past few months, many times us calling and leaving voicemails and not receiving any replies. Before receiving this Revdex.com message, our last note was months ago that the service was complete and the homeowner was happy. He said he would call you and let you know that what happened was just a fluke. Last email we had received from Mr. [redacted] was 10/15/14. The last phone call we have on record is 7/23/14. Our phone system logs all phone calls that come in,...

and our email system saves all emails. Mr. [redacted]' sales representative was his family friend, [redacted], who no longer works for us. We believe he may have been reaching out to [redacted]'s cell phone, instead of our office number.But in any event, Mr. [redacted] is taken care of, and again he said he would call you and let you know the missed communication was just a fluke.Thanks so much for providing the platform to facilitate a resolution!All the best, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I will not be retracting my complaint until the work has been completed and I am assured tht someone actually comes to do the work and that there is no more leak! I have read the responses on the notes from the company about the calls to me. I will not get in a back and forth about who called and or called back . the company knows they did Not respond several times and only after the complaint to the Revdex.com did I get any response and even stated to me they had an Unreliable sub, they have stated to me they now have a reliable sub contractor and the work will be completed. Once that has been done and I am satisfied after a good rain that I no longer have a leak then and only then will I retract complaint....
