Dreaming Tree Photography

Review: Jessica W[redacted]s is the owner of Dreaming Tree Photography. I went to her after doing research on her website for my daughters senior pictures. She offers 2 packages. We picked her Senior Session package for $375.00. Along with the package, she includes a $100 credit towards prints and products purchased through Dreaming Tree Photography. We scheduled an appt for August 4, 2015. The session was great. We paid by cash & check. She told us 2-3 weeks, and she would send an email link so that we could print our own pictures. After 3 weeks I emailed her to see the progress, and she replied Aug 28th saying the photos were stunning and that she hoped to upload pics that night. After that she stopped taking my calls or replying to my email wondering where my pictures were. Finally I called the Sharon police on Sept 21 and explained my situation, and they reached out to her, and 1 hour later she sent the link. I then ordered my $100 credit worth of pictures on Sept 29th. My email states to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of my items. On Oct 28th I received an email that my item was being shipped to the studio. On Nov 9, I sent an email asking if my item was available for pickup. I have yet to receive a response from her.Desired Settlement: My order was a 5x5 Lay Flat Photo Book with 30 senior pictures of my daughter Jasmine. She has been paid in full months ago.

Review: Per our fully executed contract, which was paid in full prior to our wedding of October 3, 2016, we were to receive all pictures and products within 8-10 weeks from the event. The owner Jessica W[redacted], lost all contact with us for 17 weeks until I finally received a link with some pictures. While I did receive most of the pictures, I did not receive the pictures that were taken prior to the wedding, in which we were getting dressed, etc. When the link was sent to me via email, she promised that she was mailing our USB the following Monday and would send us the link to order our photo book. It has now been over 6 months, I've reached out to her more times than I can count by phone, email and text message. She is unresponsive and we deserve to receive the items that we paid for.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive all of the items above that were contractually agreed upon. In addition, we would like some type of a refund for the delay in delivery and the unprofessional practice of business that we have experienced.
