I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that a just resolution is out of the realm of possibility for this company. However, since they are unwilling to admit that they handled this poorly and are not willing to acknowledge that their delay in telling me resulted in me missing out on several other books, I will just cut my losses and find a company who is more honorable and willing to have effective and prompt communication with customers regarding issues. I will ensure that I never recommend Dreamland comics to any of my fellow comic book collectors for any of their needs as Dreamland is not a reputable company to do business with

We have tried to rectify this but there is no way we are sending more product out to this customer just so he can return them to us, Our books do not meet his standards and we will not ship anything anymore which is clearly stated on our website that any order may be refused by usMr*** was issued a full refund for any defective product he reportedWe do not owe him anything

Comic books are made of inexpensive paper, and are all distributed by one company. If there is a problem with a batch of books, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.  The comic book distributor can either send me more of the same, or issue credit to our account.  We don't...

know what Mr. [redacted] is expecting, but we send out thousands of books every month without complaint.  Why would we send more of the same books to Mr. [redacted] when he's already said he doesn't like the condition of the books?  Not only did we only ask for the bar codes to be returned, so that he could read the books, we also issued a full refund for the books he claims are damaged.All of our shipments are sent insured by the USPS, so our customers may also file a claim with the post office to recoup their payment from the USPS if the package was damaged in transit.  This is in addition to the credit we have issued.If this happened one or two times with Mr. [redacted], of course we would continue to work with him, but this seems to be a continual problem with this customer, and I think he would be better off shopping in a retail store where he can actually pick out each book.  We bend over backward for our customers, but enough is enough.
