Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statement made by dreamland in response is FALSE I have bank statements proving that I was paying on time How is it that my bill was over $700, now over $When I spoke to the owner after seeing that my balance was not going to $after my payments like it had been up until the point that they fired their Office Manager I was told that the Office Manager had been charging incorrect amounts and that I was responsible I let the owner know at that point that I could no longer keep my daughter enrolled and began making between $20-$payments that I also have proof of, when the Owner called me and told me those amounts were not good enough and if I couldn't pay the account in full she would sent it to collections, at that point I said that they would have to send me because there was no way for me to pay off that unfair balance in full Sincerely, [redacted]

Ms*** was being charged $per week Before or After School rate for days per week during the school year. Our rates are posted everywhere, including summer rates, and we personally talk to parents who are budgeting for the summer changes when they ask, since their children will be
here all dayTherefore Ms*** was charged one rate during school year and another rate during summer
Summer time kids are at the center 8-10hrs per day. They get breakfast, lunch, & afternoon snack, along with all field trips included in their price
Dreamland’s owner personally talked to Ms*** when Ms*** was not happy with the increased price, but it was explained to her why our summer rate had to be at $117/week for 4days. She was never back charged for any incorrect billing, as she is claiming in her complaint. She paid the $a few times and then stopped coming to our facility in July of
We made countless attempts to collect on our past due amount and did not hear back from Ms *** until months later when she made a $payment at the end of October 2013. The last payment we received from Ms *** was April 23rd, Ms*** had many opportunities to discuss and resolve any issues with Dreamland from mid till April of when she made the last payment toward the past due amount
Ms*** indicated to us, on a phone conversation, that she would no longer be making payments and that "we should just send her to collections". She had two years to make a payment or contact us to reach a settlement. Unfortunately it is too late for any kind of settlement with Dreamland at this time as the account has been turned over to collectionsShe will need to contact the collection company to discuss her account and any payment arrangements

When I spoke to the owner after seeing that my balance was not going to $0 after my payments like it had been up until the point that they fired their Office Manager I was told that the Office Manager had been charging incorrect amounts and that I was responsible.  I let the owner know at that point that I could no longer keep my daughter enrolled and began making between $20-$50 payments that I also have proof of, when the Owner called me and told me those amounts were not good enough and if I couldn't pay the account in full she would sent it to collections, at that point I said that they would have to send me because there was no way for me to pay off that unfair balance in full.   Sincerely,[redacted]
