I can't believe they Can sell this jewelry so cheapAnd it is not just plated, it isreal silver jewelryAmd I had a great customer service issue..there was a ring missing from one of my orders and when I called them, they were very nice and apologeticThey sent my ring out that same dayI have ordered from them times in as many months and plan to continue to do soI will buy these jewelry pieces for myself and as gifts for every one I can think ofI still can't believe how they can do this! I love this company and hope they stay around for a long time

Made my first order in November and I was pleased so decided to but together another order about three times the size as the firstPost Office lost the package and item was never delivered and cannot be foundAsked badass jewelry to file a claim with post office and two months later nothing has been resolvedThey don't answer their emails most of the time and when I called was left on hold for an answer that did not yield anythingFinally I filed a claim with PayPal and all of a sudden I receive a response from Badass jewelryThe response wasAs a courtesy we are willing to resend the merchandise but we can not do so since you have a open claim with PayPalSo now e are going on months and I still have no merchandise and Badass jewelry has had my $$ since the 3rd of December Im sure I will get this resolved but warning to othersIts not worth the hassleYou have other choices for the same products

Ordered two rings on a Saturday and received them by the following Friday. The rings are absolutely gorgeous and their sizing is spot on! They are stamped 925.. I feel like I received a good quality product and you can't beat the price!
