I had the worse customer service from this company that I have had in my entire lifeTheir follow up on emails took months, they finally offered me a change in product for the credit I had on my account, but when the product they offered never came in & they couldn't get it they couldn't even bother to notify me of this until I had to email again
After a year of emails back & forth (mostly me trying to get a response) the issue was still never resolvedThen she tried to call it bullying, when all I wanted was what was promised and gave her a timeline because of the amount of time I had already spent trying to resolve this issue
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone ever
They can keep my credit in file, because I will never deal with them again
