Review: I informed the company that I needed to cancel my account via email in September. They wrote me back and asked if I still wanted to cancel and I said yes. Money continued to come out of my account on October and November. I was charged $40 that I should not have been charged. I sent three emails, left messages on their voicemail and no response. when I finally reached someone, they told me they would access my account, cancel it and call me back. A week later I still heard from no one in the customer service department. I continued to call until I reached someone named [redacted] and he was very rude, unapologetic, and he hung up. I would not recommend anyone to sign up with this company.Desired Settlement: An apology and the $40 refunded.
