We have no complaints on file so this has been truly an emotional experience for us, as well as [redacted] After contacting Dr***, we asked why she never told us the severity of the eye problem the same way that she told [redacted] We got a different story from her and only passed that information on to the customerWe never have had this happen before and we will never use this vet again, the only reason we had used Dr [redacted] was because our vet was on vacation.After [redacted] threatened legal action, my husband, D***, put up a defense due to numerous scams we getI, D***, was out of town or else I would of been responding to the emailsWe agree to the refund of $We can send it via money order under the condition this dispute is settled and no further action will be taken [redacted] , please find it in your heart to forgive us and understand we was not told what Dr [redacted] told you.Thank You.D [redacted] and D [redacted] S [redacted]
