Review: We contracted with Dream Photography for our daughter's wedding that occurred on 9/5/2015. The photographer has not completed the contracts service and two parent albums have not been received. The owner, Michael P[redacted] has given any number of excuses to not deliver the albums. It took 9 months to get any photographs except for a digital preview album. The parent albums were received with the wedding album, but the bride's name was spelled wrong. The photographer took them back and was to have the covers replaced. Eventually, I was to,d the company was to reprint totally new albums. After three communications, we still have no idea when the albums will be received. The couple's first wedding anniversary is next week, 9/5/2916. Unfortunately I have paid the bill in full....should not have done that.Desired Settlement: We would like to revive the [redacted] albums (2) prior to September 5, 2916.
