Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I recently made a complaint about my contractor We have worked things out Is there any way to remove the complaint?Regards, [redacted]
To Whom It May Concern:
This is in response to a complaint from *** *** to
Dreamscapes. Since his letter of complaint to Revdex.com, I have called him to
discuss his complaint and have met with him in person. I explained how
his payment to Dreamscapes was
applied. He now understands the
bill. He knows now what he was charged and what he has paid towards
services rendered. The confusion may have been with the additional work
he had requested which was completed and billed to him as well during the
project. We have completed that additional work for him and he is
satisfied at this point with our agreement. Due to my injury, I am unable
to do a portion of the original proposal for a carport. But, I have
referred him to a contractor, *** *** (*** ***), to take on this
project. *** *** is dealing directly with this contractor and it seems
to be going well. Any further work (possibly rock siding for the side of
his house and fencing) for which *** *** wishes to hire me will have to be
scheduled at a later date.
Sincerely,
*** ***,
Dreamscapes
