Hi ***, Sorry I missed your call yesterday. I have met with Susan Barrie twice since she reported her complaint. She had concerns with standing water in her flower beds and plants dying Part of the problem was that the gutters were not installed before we did the
landscape installation. She had since had the gutters installed which seems to have solved the issue. I spoke with her yesterday about replacing the plants and we both decided to wait until end of September, first of October due to the extreme summer heat. This will give the plants a better opportunity to survive She seems very happy with our response and plan moving forward. I am rejecting this response because: it is not accurate.  The gutters were installed prior to the landscaping; however the ground was still very wet and should have been allowed to dry out before planting.  The plants died due to extreme wet conditions and no ground prep.  Eric has contacted me and we have agreed to wait until Fall with less heat for replanting.
