May 19, 2015To whom it may concern:This is our response to a complaint *** *** filed with the Revdex.com ID#***.Late September and early October DreamScaping, Inccontacted our customers for winterizing their sprinkler systems Mr*** was contacted and an
appointment was set for October 24, at pm which was a Friday We had every intention on keeping that appointment and several others that day However, we had the employee that was assigned to complete the blowout schedule for the day quit in the middle of the schedule Once realizing that a majority of the days schedule wasn’t completed and wasn’t going to get completed I called customers Unfortunately, some of the calls were after the scheduled appointments Mr*** had call 2-times leaving very rude and threatening messages I called Mr*** and tried to explain the situation to him and tried to reschedule an appointment but wasn’t able to calm him down from yelling at me and couldn’t finish the conversation because Mr*** hung up on me At that point I realized that Mr*** was pretty upset and very unreasonable especially when I was trying to offer to do his sprinkler blowout for free which was a $value trying to make things right For Mr*** to complain to the Revdex.com over a missed appointment and try to ruin a reputation of a company is sad Still to date he knows not even the reason because he hung up on me while I was trying to explain and to offer the service for free Mr*** has used DreamScaping, Incfor services since and was happy with our service hence that is why he set an appointment with DreamScaping, Incfor services.This is an unfortunate situation DreamScaping, Inctried to make things right with Mr*** The other appointments that day, including some of Mr***’s neighbors that didn’t get serviced were very understandable and were willing to work with us I wish every day was perfect and that we had no problems.Sincerely,*** ***Operations Manager

Hi - I just received a phone call from Dreamscaping, telling me that they will accept the check I have sent them, which is short $of the invoiced amount IF I retract my statement that I made with the Revdex.com -
Can I retract my statement, or what is this process?

DreamScaping, Incwill respond to the complaint when the rain stops and the project can be completed We have tried to comply with the wishes of the customer to have things completed by the 15th of May however, weeks of rain and the next days forecast rain We will try our best

In reguards to the complaint, ***, dated 8/18/we have come to a resolution with our customer We have come to a mutual agreement on the amount of monies due for services rendered
We also would like to point out that in your letter to DreamScaping, Inc., you have stated that you have tried to contact us via email and mail and we have never received anything from the Revdex.com The only form of communication we have received is a letter dated 9/2/

I am rejecting this response because:
There warranty does not state anything about rabbits and they knew rabbits were frequently in our yard as they did the weekly maintenance.  It is their job to plant the proper plants as they are the...

professional.  Even if the rabbits ate the leaves after installation the plant should have come back this spring because they didn't eat all of the plant including the roots.  They put in $5.00 plants and charged us $25.69 each.  The two plants out front are not the same plants as those planted in the back so maybe they should have put those out back since the rabbits left them alone.  Only one of the four Mums came back and two of the plants out front did not come back.  In the original meeting we told them to match the rock with the neighbors yard as that is required by the HOA.  They came by and gave us some stupid story about colors of river rock which was irrelevant since they didn't install what we told them to.  I also told them I don't want rose bushes yet they gave me two rose bushes one of which is dead.  We paid $150 for project management and not only did they not do the job properly there was never any oversight during the project.  I'm sure they neglected to tell you the errors during installation due to lack of project management.  They even tried to tell us we had to re-do the sprinkler system instead of just moving a sprinkler head as we requested. 
His response stated we contacted them in Spring 2015 but neglected to tell you that they told us they would be out in 2 days and showed up over a month later when I called and complained stating I would contact the Revdex.com.  One of the plants out front probably died because they had to move it from one location to another again for not installing plants per the plan.  Many aspects of the job had to be done over for not doing it right the first time.
This company has screwed us out of our money and has no intention on rectifying the situation.  The majority of the work they did was wrong and they did not follow the landscaping agreement.  I see they failed to let you know about that.   We will just make sure that everyone we talk to know this is not a reputable company and to take there business elsewhere.   I agree with my Husband and I do not want them on my property.  We will just let word of mouth advertising handle the problem.

I just got off the phone with the owner Brian Williams after I was charged for a service I don't believe happened. I had wanted to have my yard and rocks sprays for weeds. We were having rain and snow and after 4 days of them saying they would be there and weren't I called and they said they would be able to aerate but wouldn't be able to spray for weeds due to the weather. Which was fine and understandable. However I was still charged for it and called the company. I was directed to Brian. He was SSSOOOO rude! Told me that they did come out and spray even though I still had weeds in my rocks. Then he told me that they don't even spray in rocks which I was told they would do. Very poor customer service and bad communication.
