Review: On Friday 7/* I noticed I had an unauthorized charge to "Dreamshades" on my bank acct online; I emailed the bank's customer service online as well as left a voicemail message w/ the phone # on the back of my debit card. The bank contacted me on Monday and said this charge, made on 7/*, was still in the pre-authorization mode and that I should contact the company where the charge was to and let them know that this charge was not authorized by you so they can remove it.....I have left 3 messages on voicemail and emailed 2-3 times each day for the past 3 days and still no response...they say they have "online operators" standing by to assist us more promptly (than leaving a voicemail message), but not so.....their # gets you to a voicemail announcement EVERY time; ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Want them to remove this charge before the end of day Thurs 7/**, or the charge will automatically go through according to what the bank rep told me
